Supervise and coordinate all slipform (sliding) activities on site
Provide site management with advice on improving productivity and reducing operation risk
Meet and exceed the site production outputs, to specification
Plan, monitor, evaluate operational performance, resources and processes
Maintain Health & Safety standards on site
Education and Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (essential)
Mnimum 8 years' experience in a Civil Construction environment
NQF Level 4 Qualification in Constructon (will be an advantage)
Proven experience supervising slipforming teams on large scale civil projects
Intricate knowledge of slipform concrete mix designs, impact of admixtures, placing and sliding techniques on the quality of the final product delivered
Strong understanding of slipform systems and continuous concrete pouring processes
