    SSA Early Engagement Sales Leader - Oilfield Services & Equipment

    • An Early Engagement Sales Leader plays a critical role in driving business growth by engaging customers at the earliest stages of their decision-making journey. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and aligning solutions to business outcomes before formal procurement or proposal activities begin.
    • By building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, the Early Engagement Leader influences strategy, shapes opportunities, and positions the organization as a preferred partner. Success is achieved through collaboration across sales, technical, delivery, and partner teams to create customer value, accelerate pipeline development, and improve win rates.

    As an Early Engagement Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing and managing a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
    • Leading customer discovery and business value conversations.
    • Connecting customer challenges to innovative solutions and services.
    • Influencing account strategies and pursuit plans to maximize growth.
    • Driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer alignment.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline (e.g. Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing) or equivalent knowledge and experience
    • Excellent technical knowledge within one or multiple OFSE product lines
    • Minimum of 15 years previous experience in Oil & Gas sales and customer engagement, with focus on large cross product line projects
    • Critical thinking, objective analysis of information, evaluate evidence, challenge assumptions, and make sound well informed decisions
    • Strategic thinking that supports system thinking, establishing how different functions, processes, decisions, and solutions interconnect to offer maximum value
    • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, creating ability to influence and lead cross functional teams

    Senior Sales Advisor

    • As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will take ownership of customer-facing staff and be responsible for winning business within the rotating equipment service space. You will develop a vision for an important market at the product line level with a long-term perspective, leading business development planning processes for this market.

    As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

    • Selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within a specific geographic area (Sub-Sahara Africa).
    • Handling products and systems that require in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of the environments they will be used in. In this regard, knowledge of rotating equipment, such as compressors and turbines, is a strong requirement.
    • Conducting technical analysis and adapting sales processes to meet client conditions.
    • Managing complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
    • Considering technical, economic, logistical, and financial aspects when creating proposals with the commercial team.
    • Managing important clients within the business unit.
    • Coordinating and/or leading commercial and application teams and collaborating with various departments such as engineering, legal, risk, and finance.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Be fluent in English and Portuguese with French preferred
    • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
    • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales.

    Accounting Clerk

    • Under limited supervision, handles a wide variety of advanced accounting work including maintenance of and preparing reports on complex budget or income and expenditure records. Exercises initiative in arranging details to obtain job objectives. May direct and check the work of other junior clerks. Handles special projects, as assigned.

    As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for: 

    • Process and maintain accurate accounting records, including supplier invoices, credit notes, customer invoices, receipts, bank transactions, journals, and fixed asset records.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including supplier reconciliations, payment preparation, customer payment allocations, collections, and resolution of account queries.
    • Perform reconciliations of bank, supplier, customer, and general ledger accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
    • Support month-end close processes by preparing schedules, reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation within reporting deadlines.
    • Monitor and manage open purchase orders, GRIR balances, and supporting financial records.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to continuous process improvements.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field preferred.
    • Have a minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
    • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
    • Have sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
    • Have excellent numerical, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
