    Relationship Consultant

    Job Purpose

    • The purpose of the Relationship Consultant is to coordinate the sales process with customers across different segments by capturing orders, liaising with the warehouse and production around stock and branding, sending out and following up on marketing campaigns and to assist with other request such as indent orders and alterations.

    Job Objectives

    Capturing Sales Orders

    • Receive request from customers and capture order on the system accordingly or assist customers with placing the orders on line
    • Liaise with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and revert back to the client if required
    • Complete the branding check list if it is a branding order and capture order correctly Marketing Campaigns
    • Distribute marketing campaigns to customer based and follow up with customers by doing a call campaign
    • Discuss cross selling and upselling opportunities with the client and capture accordingly

    Sales campaigns

    • Distribute sales campaigns to customer based and follow up with customers by doing a call campaign
    • Discuss cross selling and upselling opportunities with the client and capture accordingly

    Indent Sales

    • Complete indent order checklist if customer requires customized product, and submit to sourcing to confirm viability of indent order
    • Provide feedback to the customer on the outcome

    Alterations

    • Coordinate alterations process if required

    Qualifications and Experience

    • NQF 4 Matric or Equivalent
    • NQF 5 Sales Course
    • 2 years’ Sales or Sales Admin experience

    ROA Sales Manager

    About the Role:

    • As the ROA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our footprint across African markets. You will lead a high-performing sales team and work closely with cross-functional departments to deliver sustainable business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies for various African markets
    • Lead and coach a regional sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
    • Build and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors

    Embroidery Machine Operator

    Job Purpose:              

    • The purpose of an Embroidery Machine Operator is to sew, join gather, hem, and reinforce materials using industrial sewing machine.

    Job Objectives:          

    Stitch Products          

    • Adjust settings of machine, according to Product style and observation of operation.
    • Adjust machine needle and presser foot to sew parts together to complete the product, replaces sewing machine parts and performs basic maintenance, such as oiling machine, selects supplies, such as thread colour and thread.

    Housekeeping

    • Apply basic housekeeping principles to ensure that the workstation is tidy.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • NQF3/Grade 11 or Equivalent
    • 6-12 months experience in Sewing

    Embroidery Planner

    Position Overview: 

    • Join Barron, a leader in promotional printing, as our Production: Embroidery Planner. This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing daily production schedules across various branding types, ensuring all orders are completed on time while maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Daily Scheduling and Order Management:

    • Ensure prompt scheduling of paid and approved orders within specified lead times.
    • Manage production capacities across embroidery.

    Capacity Management:

    • Monitor and adjust floor capacity to maximize production efficiency.
    • Coordinate additional casual workers as needed to meet production demands.

    Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):

    • Attend daily meetings to review and adjust production schedules.
    • Provide feedback on aged orders and update schedules accordingly.

    Issue Resolution:

    • Address escalations promptly and provide accurate feedback on resolutions.
    • Assist sales team with branding quotes when required.

    Deadline Management:

    • Adjust schedules to accommodate urgent orders without compromising quality.
    • Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met consistently.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in production scheduling or similar role, preferably in printing or manufacturing.
    • Strong understanding of production processes, lead times, and capacity planning.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
