    Registered Nurse Trained: Theatre Scrub

    Job Summary:

    • The Registered Nurse will promote and deliver quality patient care and wellness in accordance with industry standards and to execute Nursing duties within the standards, procedures and protocols set down by the South African Nursing Council and Scope of Practice.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Nursing degree / diploma.
    • Post Basic Qualification in Theatre Operating Technique advantageous.
    • Current registration with South African Nursing Council.
    • BLS qualification.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Previous experience in Theatre Scrubs is essential.

    Added Advantage:

    • Computer proficiency is advantageous.

    DELIVERABLES:

    • Perform nursing duties in accordance with the South African Nursing Council (SANC), Department of Health (DOH) and National Core standards.
    • Adhere to the principles and standards of patient advocacy according to the SANC Acts and Omissions, Company Code of Conduct, Patient Rights and Responsibility Charter, Code of Conduct, Patient Rights and Responsibility Charter, National Millennium Development goals and the responsibility of continuous professional development (CPD). Supervise, organise, lead and control quality of care work for self and team adhering to therapeutic standards and goals.
    • Actively participate in internal and external auditing processes, for example DOH, National Core Standards, SHERQ, SANC and Risk Audit.
    • Document and maintain accurate files and records of patient medication and conduct ward rounds including accompanying Doctors and other Medical Practitioners for creating and evaluating customized care plans including implementing.
    • Monitor activities of nurses to ensure compliance with protocols, security, and safety of patient environment, Group Nursing policies and procedures, SANC requirements on findings through regular unit rounds.

    Registered Nurse: NICU - Trained

    Job Summary:

    • The Registered Nurse will promote and deliver quality patient care and wellness in accordance with industry standards and to execute Nursing duties within the standards, procedures and protocols set down by the South African Nursing Council and Scope of Practice.
    • The incumbent will collaborate with doctors, multi-disciplinary team members and the community in providing holistic support to patients and their family and loved ones whilst supervising allocated team members, within a specialized unit.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery.
    • Trained Qualification: Neonatal Critical Care.
    • Current Registration with the South African Nursing Council.
    • PALS /NALS & BLS Qualification.
    • ACLS / ATLS advantageous.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Post registration experience preferred.
    • 2-5 years’ experience in NICU.

    Registered Nurse - Paediatric Ward

    JOB SUMMARY

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications

    • CUR / Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.
    • BLS/PALS qualifications
    • Post Graduate Diploma in Child Nursing Science is advantageous.

    Minimum Experience

    • At least 3+ years experience in Paediatric Ward.
    • Experience within a private hospital environment is advantageous.

    DELIVERABLES

    • Perform all duties in accordance with South African Nursing Council (SANC), Department of Health (DOH) and National Core Standards.
    • Actively participate in internal and external auditing processes, for example DOH, National Core Standards, SHERQ, SANC and Risk Audits.
    • Document patient care services by accurately charting inpatient and department records including updating care plans as patient needs changes.
    • Maintain accurate files and records of patient medication, incidents, complaints, and steps taken to resolve patient problems or prevent incidents from recurring.

    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary:

    • To plan, organise and execute all Marketing work at assigned Hospital Facility. The incumbent is responsible for the implementation of the Marketing plan with the overall objective of contributing to the increase in revenue and profitability of the business.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree in Marketing or Sales essential.
    • Post Graduate Degreee.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Conduct bi-annual market research and post-campaign analysis and contributes to market segmentation and strategy development.
    • Lead the development and implementation of a Marketing strategy for area of responsibility.
    • Meet with relevant stakeholders to review business performance and to drive outcomes.
    • Create brand consistency in all marketing and advertising initiatives and manage all marketing activities and service providers.
    • Interpret research data and take the appropriate focused action.
    • Plan and coordinate media in order to maximize budgets on a campaign basis by using 360 degree media mix.
