    The Aftermarket Logistics Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of aftermarket products and parts, maintaining high standards of logistics operations, and supporting customer service excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of aftermarket products and parts, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability.
    • Order Fulfillment: Manage the timely fulfillment of customer orders, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers as necessary.
    • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation and distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery of aftermarket products and parts to customers and service centers.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes for all aftermarket products and parts, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
    • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize cost and service levels.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Job Requirements:

    Industrial Engineer

    Position Overview

    The Industrial Engineer will primarily focus on documenting the manufacturing processes of underground mining equipment, supporting our commitment to quality and efficiency during this crucial period.
     

    Key Areas of Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with senior engineers and manufacturing teams to document detailed manufacturing processes for Fermel's underground mining equipment.
    • Create and update comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
    • Assist in conducting time studies and analyzing production data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced efficiency.
    • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
    • Assist in production planning by providing accurate process documentation and contributing to the development of manufacturing schedules.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product quality through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in heavy equipment or machinery manufacturing, is preferred.
    • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

    Technical Data Administrator

    Job Description

    The Technical Data Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Teamcenter environment, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across all engineering and production processes. This role is critical in supporting our product lifecycle management (PLM) system, providing technical support, and collaborating with various departments to enhance data management practices.

    Responsibilities

    Administration and Maintenance:

    • Manage and maintain the Teamcenter environment, including user accounts, security settings, and data models.
    • Perform regular system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
    • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to ensure efficiency and reliability.

    Data Management:

    • Ensure data integrity and consistency within Teamcenter, overseeing data imports, exports, and migrations.
    • Develop and enforce data management standards and best practices.
    • Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to define data requirements and workflows.

    Technical Support:

    • Provide technical support to Teamcenter users, resolving issues related to system access, data retrieval, and application functionality.

    Integration and Customization:

    • Proven experience in PLM systems management and data administration.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Teamcenter administration, including user management, data modeling, and system configuration.
    • Strong knowledge of database management, SQL, and PLM-related programming languages (e.g., ITK, SOA).
    • Familiarity with ERP, CAD systems, and their integration with Teamcenter.
    • Experience with system performance monitoring and optimization.
