    HR Consultant

    Duties (not an exhaustive list):

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing high-calibre educators and support staff who align with the school’s values
    • Manage the training landscape for all non-academic staff, which includes identifying specific skills gaps and sourcing or developing bespoke training programmes for non-academic staff
    • Provide first-line resolutions on all people-related matters
    • Prepare reports on key people-related metrics (e.g. staff turnover, recruitment costs, and training ROI, etc.) and use these insights to recommend improvements to HR initiatives

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Consultant with a passion for recruitment
    • Previous experience in a school as an HR Consultant would be advantageous
    • Sound understanding of South African Labour Law (LRA, BCEA) and the Skills Development Act
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software (e.g., Sage 300)

    Girls Prep Piano Teacher (Privately Funded)

    Duties (not an exhaustive list):

    • Teach individual piano lessons across a wide range of levels, from beginner to advanced
    • Prepare pupils for international ABRSM/Trinity College London exams (Grade 1 – 5)
    • Manage lesson-related administration
    • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the supportive, team-focused ethos of the music department

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • A Music Degree, licentiate or higher-level piano qualification
    • Minimum of 3 years' piano teaching experience
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with digital platforms for teaching and administration
    • Proficiency in another instrument would be advantageous
