    Business Development Director/Business Development Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Director/Business Development Manager to join our team.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through effective sales strategies, in collaboration with a Field Account Manager and Overlay Sales Specialists. You’ll be responsible the creation of a sales strategy that will build pipeline and drive incremental growth while retaining an existing book of accounts. You will prospect within your assigned territory to develop a robust pipeline, manage territory business plans, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to contract close while maintaining the relationship for retention and support through the customer relationship.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieving revenue targets and drive business growth within the enterprise space.
    • Converting leads to opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of accounts.
    • Loging customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system.
    • Submitting monthly forecast reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
    • Prospecting within the assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
    • Developing and manage territory business plans that include new logos, cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities.
    • Guiding prospects through the sales cycle to contract close, collaborating with presales and specialist teams as needed.
    • Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation phases, in partnership with the FAM, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing revenue life cycle management.

    Requirements

    • Able to demonstrate experience with a focus on strategic accounts within the enterprise space.
    • Prove proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
    • Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Display analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Have a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Able to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.

    Business Development Manager: Legal

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a hunter-focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients across the legal fraternity (advocates, attorneys) as well as corporates with legal functions. The successful candidate will be adept at solution selling, building relationships at senior levels, and tailoring our product suite to meet client needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the legal sector and selected corporate industries.
    • Conduct solution-based sales engagements including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (face-to-face and virtual).
    • Research industries and prospective clients to tailor product packages aligned with client requirements.
    • Drive targeted sales campaigns, including sector-specific initiatives and participation in marketing-led activities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences; generate leads and follow up post-event.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry bodies such as law societies, bar associations, and chambers.

    • Analysing market trends, sales data and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and opportunities.
    • Providing regular reports and updates to management on account performance, forecasts, and key metrics.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, solution selling, or B2B sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in commission-driven environments.
    • Experience in industries such as software, insurance, telecoms, legal tech, risk/compliance, or subscription-based services preferred.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives, partners, and decision-makers.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills — articulate, persuasive, and fluent in English.
    • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently without close supervision.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Degree in Law or Business is advantageous, but not essential; ability to grasp legal/technical solutions is key.
    • Be proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts, leads, opportunities and sales activities.
    • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a similar role.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
    • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
    • Be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple client sales deals effectively.
    • Legal, governance, risk and compliance experience would be advantageous

    Account Manager II

    About the Role

    • The role involves ensuring customer success and supporting growth beyond planned targets within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include retaining and renewing existing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to the regional sales representative. Additionally, the position focuses on optimising clients' utilisation of our products and services.
