    Area Manager – Curve Gear (Apparel & Fashion)

    Role Overview

    • The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and operational execution of multiple retail clothing stores. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing store teams, and maintaining consistent operational standards.
    • This position requires a hands-on retail leader who can improve store performance, enforce accountability, and build high-performing teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Performance Management

    • Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned stores
    • Monitor KPIs including turnover, conversion, ATV and shrinkage
    • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
    • Ensure stores consistently achieve monthly targets
    • Analyze trading performance and provide action plans

    Store Operations

    Warehouse Supervisor - Curve Gear (Apparel & Fashion)

    Role Overview

    • The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations within a retail clothing environment. The role ensures accurate stock handling, efficient replenishment to stores, and strong control over apparel inventory. This position requires experience in high-SKU retail clothing stock management and fast-moving retail operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Warehouse Operations

    • Supervise receiving, dispatch, picking, and packing of retail clothing stock
    • Ensure accurate processing of all stock movements
    • Maintain organized warehouse layout for apparel SKUs
    • Ensure replenishment orders to stores are prioritized and accurate
    • Enforce warehouse SOPs and operational discipline

    Inventory Control

    • Conduct cycle counts and assist with full stock takes
    • Investigate apparel stock discrepancies
    • Maintain accurate SKU tracking and labeling
    • Manage size, color, and style stock accuracy

    Team Management

    • Supervise and coach warehouse staff
    • Allocate daily operational tasks
    • Enforce punctuality, discipline, and safety standards

    Process & Safety

    • Maintain safe warehouse operations
    • Improve picking efficiency and stock flow

    Reporting

    Requirements

    • 2+ years warehouse supervisory experience in retail clothing
    • Experience managing apparel SKUs (sizes, variants, styles)
    • Strong organizational and stock control skills
    • Basic computer literacy (Excel / inventory systems)

    Internal Sales Administrator

    Job Description

    • The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing quotes for Sales Reps and Internal sales.
    • Capturing Sales Orders.
    • Invoicing of orders.
    • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
    • Taking phone calls from customers and sales reps.
    • Assisting and resolving all customer and sales representatives’ enquiries.
    • Communicating internally important feedback from customers and sales reps.
    • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service (Internal and External Customers).
    • Assistance with Tender preparation, reports & proposals.

    Maintenance/ Mechanical Fitter

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • Install and assemble machinery parts according to technical specifications – Sand casting foundry and CNC machine shop environment.
    • Conduct regular and scheduled maintenance and repair of mechanical machinery and components to ensure efficient operation. – Sand casting foundry and CNC machine shop environment
    • Read and interpret technical blueprints and plans to understand machine specifications.
    • Diagnosing mechanical issues and determining best repair methods.
    • Maintaining detailed records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
    • Quality control and assurance: Complete quality checks and ensure that inspections are performed as required.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
    • Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting: Responsible for conducting and overseeing junior maintenance assistant activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of Foundry equipment and CNC machines. Ensure that all machines function optimally, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
    • Actively collaborating with Managers and peers to ensure a clear understanding of tasks for the day andmaintaining a positive work environment.
    • Be the custodian of stock and consumables used for maintenance practices
    • Actively look for opportunities to drive down operational expenditure.
    • Escalate any potential maintenance requirements to management
    • Any other reasonable request by management.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    Qualifications

    • Relevant trade qualification for Fitter or Millwright (preferrable) - or as alternatively accepted by management
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
    • Microsoft Office Intermediate
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Preferably between 5 - 7 years’ experience in a similar role

    CNC Operator - Parow Industrial

    • We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to set up, maintain and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines. You will be responsible for producing high-quality precision parts and ensuring the machines are running efficiently and accurately.

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • Programming, setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machining.
    • Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery. 
    • Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC.
    • Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, drawings and work instructions.
    • Loading and unloading workpieces and CNC production equipment.
    • Monitoring machining operations and performing quality control checks.

    • We will train you on the job (you will be tasked to control the machine speed and feed whilst machining, the senior will do the setting/programming/verification when setting up a new job)
