    Stores Clerk

    Job Description    

    • Sunbake Benoni is looking for a Stores clerk with previous experience in transport or manufacturing or engineering to join a busy environment. Experience in a similar type environment dealing with receiving and issuing of stock, managing bi weekly stock takes and investigate variances could secure.     Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12
    • A formal qualification would be an added advantage
    • Drivers Licence
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
    • Proficient in MsOffice - including MsExcell
    • Syspro experience will be advantageous
    • Experience in a Transport environment could secure

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Manage stock levels to ensure continuous parts and lubricant availability
    • Receive orders and ensure that goods are checked and correspond to the order, delivery note and / or invoice.
    • Manage, track and dispense orders to and from depots, record the date and time received and sign the relevant paperwork.
    • Record short and over deliveries on the order, invoice and / or delivery note. The relevant paperwork must be signed by the Storeman and person responsible for deliveries.
    • Goods returned to Suppliers must be recorded on the Goods Returned Note and signed by the Storeman and person collecting the goods.
    • Complete GRN's from delivery notes / invoices from suppliers, invoices, delivery notes & orders must be attached immediately on delivery
    • Submit workflows to obtain stock numbers from master-data teams to ensure all stock have allocated stock and bin numbers.
    • Perform bi-weekly stock takes per month.
    • Dispense parts to mechanics following standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure all stock dispensed from the stores are captured on the Fleet Systems daily.
    • Obtain quotes & place orders with suppliers
    • Daily follow-ups on outstanding orders from suppliers
    • Ensure zero stock variances at month end stock take
    • Adhere to procurement LOA’s and SOP’s
    • Ensure good housekeeping practices and follow 5’s principles
    • Regulate and control suppliers and employees access to stores
    • Ensure compliance with company regulations and safety standards.
    • Assist with vehicle Licensing & Registrations

    New Product Development Manager

    Job Description    

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative NPD Manager to lead the end-to-end development of new and improved food products across our speciality portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of Woolworths’ product development processes, exceptional project leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, commercially viable products. the purpose is to manage Product Development at the RCL Foods Speciality Factories. To drive the process of planning, coordinating and the implementation of new product development, product quality improvement and cost reduction initiatives,while identifying new opportunities.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Qualified Chef with a tertiary qualification in New Product Development, Food Science, or Culinary Arts.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in NPD and project management within the prepared food industry.
    • Proven experience working with Woolworths is essential.
    • Strong knowledge of food ingredients, factory processes, product costing, and mass production techniques.
    • Valid Code EB driver’s license.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) with strong numerical and verbal aptitude.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    New Product Development

    • Lead the full NPD lifecycle for Woolworths, QSR, and foodservice clients—from concept through to launch.
    • Develop innovative, commercially viable products that meet customer expectations and internal profitability targets.
    • Ensure all products are developed to specification, on time, and within budget.
    • Oversee product testing, packaging development, and artwork sign-off.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of NPD critical paths and development processes.

    Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as the key liaison for Woolworths, ensuring alignment with their technical, quality, and commercial requirements.

    Credit Controller

    Job Description

    The purpose of this role is to: 

    • To facilitate the achievement of customer collection targets, essential to the profitability of the Company, are met.
    • To manage overdue accounts, reduce the Company’s risk and minimise

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Relevant Finance Diploma or Degree
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a credit and logistics environment
    • Relevant Credit Management or Finance Qualification 
    • 3 years debtors background preference to FMCG
    • Wholesale and Ok Franchise will be and added advantage
    • Great Excel skills in Pivots and VLOOKUP’s

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Credit Control

    • Generate and dispatch invoices or PoD’s on time to enable payment.
    • Receive remittance advices from customers and allocate appropriately.
    • Process all discounts and rebates for the Credit Supervisor to release before close of month-end.
    • Clear all allocated cash in the General Ledger.
    • Prepare stock tolerance journals accurately, matching all debits and credits on the  ERP system.
    • Prepare General Ledger accounts for authorisation and release before statements are run.
    • Run statements on the ERP system prior to agreed monthly deadlines and distribute to customers.

    Customer Administration

    • Maintain compliance to credit limits for each customer and highlight possible non- conformance to the responsible supervisor before they exceed defined limits.
    • Liaise with customers to inform them of the balances once statements have been distributed, to ensure interim payment is made or to assist with application/documents for increases in credit limits where indicated by the credit analysis report.
    • Report on all transactions on 60 days plus to the Credit Supervisor.
    • Process ‘stop supply’ instructions on the ERP system where customer non-payment payment has occurred, ensuring that all of the necessary instructions and authorisations have been received.
    • Where possible, liaise with customers to rectify account problems before “stop supply” instructions are implemented.
    • Advise customers when the account has been blocked and ensure that all necessary internal departments are aware of the status of the customer/account.

    Claim Processing

    • Investigate pricing claims on SAP, print invoices and review deals on the system.
    • Obtain authorisation for valid deals on the prepared pricing cover sheet and distribute within the department.
    • Schedule the claim on the ERP system for pricing where no valid deal exists and provide supporting documentation to the relevant team members for processing.
    • Manage stock claims (returns, damaged stock, shortage etc.) by initiating the document flow.
    • Assess if credit has been passed on queries and, if it not, submit supporting documents electronically to the relevant site.
    • Ensure stock claims are tracked on the ERP system and that queries are finalised.
    • Manage invalid claims by providing the necessary proof or backup documents to the customer.

    Teamwork and Self-Management

    Refrigeration Technician - Randfontein

    Job Description    

    • RCL FOODS is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join our Groceries Division. The role will be based in Randfontein and report to the Engineering Manager. RCL FOODS is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to perform skilled maintenance, installation, repair, and inspection work on complex refrigeration equipment.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Category B8-specialist Ammonia (R717) refrigeration practitioner
    • Valid Gas license obtained from  SAQCC
    • At least 5years experience working in Ammonia plants after First Gas License was obtained. 
    • Must be a qualified artisan in either a Millwright, Electrician or a Refrigeration Technician.  
    • Must be willing to do standby.
    • Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
    • Must assist in other departments as time allows.
    • Must be willing to work shifts.
    • Needs to relocate to be available in case of emergency.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Planning of work according to the maintenance plan and schedule and per breakdown.
    • Maintenance and repair of all site-related equipment in accordance with the maintenance plan and schedule.
    • Render assistance to handymen on faults that cannot be solved on their level of required competence.
    • Daily inspection of all work completed on-site including site facilities and buildings.
    • Management, training, and development of maintenance handyman and technical assistant.
    • The discipline of maintenance handyman and technical assistant under direct control.
    • Issue daily job cards and inspect work executed.
    • Perform standby duties.
    • Experience in piston ammonia compressors overhaul, strip, assemble, pump downs, oil changes etc.
    • Experience with screw air compressors( Atlas Copco employees can be advantageous)
    • Experience with bottle molding equipment and blow molding preference.
    • General electrical and mechanical experience.
    • Air-conditioning/ refrigeration and chiller experience.
    • Working on cooling towers and circulation pumps.
    • Heat exchangers Plate and shell and tube.
    • Copper to copper soldering pipe systems and general refrigeration maintenance and installation experience
    • Ability to assist at other sites when required.
