    Specialist: Service Integration Management - Western Cape (Stellenbosch)

    Core Description

    • The Specialist in Service Integration Management is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to high and medium touch customers, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
    • This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing service contracts, and implementing processes to optimize service delivery & service integration ensuring services are being seamlessly delivered to dedicated clients.  
    • They oversee a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. A service integration specialist plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • transition, operation, and improvement. Ensure that services meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or customers to understand their needs, expectations, and preferences. Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design service offerings that align with client requirements and business objectives. Define service levels and service delivery processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
    • Oversee service contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Negotiate contract terms, scope changes, and service level adjustments as needed. Monitor contract performance and address any discrepancies or issues.
    • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of service delivery processes, utilizing metrics, reports, and feedback mechanisms. Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
    • Take ownership of critical incidents and ensure effective communication through the process.   Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and problems, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to minimize impact on service delivery. Implement preventive measures and corrective actions to address recurring issues.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes, tools, and capabilities. Solicit feedback from clients, analyse performance data, and benchmark against industry best practices to identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, IT, and support, to ensure alignment of service delivery activities with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.

    • 5 Years experience in a similar role within Service Integration Management
    • Or
    • 7 Years experience in a similar role within Service Integration Management.  

    Certifications

    • ITIL 3 or 4 will be advantageous

    Snr Manager: Finance Business Partner

    Core Description

    • To support and inform BCX’s strategic and operational decision-making through financial insights that drive optimum financial performance and value creation and achieve financial targets within the specific business area.
    • Apply sound financial decision making and reporting principles, with the aim of accounting for all business activities, safeguarding all assets and improving return on investment and profitability.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Present a dynamic understanding and interpretation of the performance of business area within the industry to inform and influence key operational and strategic decisions in the business
    • Develop a framework that provides financial analysis, support, and guidance to designated areas of business to improve the accuracy of financial data and systems
    • Deliver strategic financial analysis and advice to senior leaders, meeting BCX’s business information needs and boosting the capacity for financial data-based decision making across the organisation by developing and establishing metrics and targets that facilitate optimal financial performance for the division
    • Provide financial decision-making support through proper financial information reporting, analysis, and other insight in the respective business space
    • Identify and implement initiatives to improve process within the business area, and deliver business growth objectives

    Core Description

    • Responsible for the developing of consistent, reliable, reporting and analyses to understand and communicate trends, metrics, and indices needed to drive better planning, pricing, and sales activities.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Ensure the implementation of the pricing strategy for BCX that considers market trends and BCX business reality.
    • Understanding of the BCX current and future offerings, collaborate with the business to ensure effective monetisation strategies.
    • Pivot pricing models from traditional ICT frameworks to those optimized for XaaS offerings, including subscription-based, usage-based, and hybrid pricing strategies.
    • Explore and implement innovative pricing solutions that address the unique challenges of XaaS, including dynamic pricing, tiered models, and value-based pricing approaches.
    • Utilize advanced pricing models and simulations to forecast outcomes, optimize pricing structures, and evaluate different pricing scenarios within the XaaS context.
    • Collaborate with the business and product teams to ensure cost accuracy and optimisation to enhance BCX’s chances to win in the market.
    • Leverage data and technology to provide insights to the business and support the implementation and evolution of the BCX strategy and revenue growth ambitions.
    • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to understand pricing trends in the ICT and XaaS sectors, using these insights to inform pricing strategies.
