• The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting a large-scale Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiative by analyzing business processes across retail and supply chain operations. This individual will plan and strategize the Business Analysis approach, work closely with cross functional stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• They will collaborate with technical teams to drive delivery, manage User Acceptance Testing, and ensure business readiness for change.

Responsibilities

• Plan and strategize the overall Business Analysis approach across the project
• Facilitate stakeholder engagements including workshops, interviews, and working sessions
• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements (e.g. BRDs)
• Document as-is and to-be processes, including gap analysis and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to communicate and support implementation
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Identify process weaknesses and recommend practical, value-driven solutions
• Support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction

Experience

• Certified Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience
• Proven experience in Retail and Supply Chain / Distribution Centre (DC) environments
• Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
