    Finance Business Partner

    Minimum Skills/ Experience And Knowledge Required

    • B-Com Finance / accounting (CIMA or CA preferred)
    • 3-5 Years Financial / accounting / auditing experience
    • Excel advanced
    • SAP / COGNOS/ TM1 / HFM (preferred)

    Brief Description Of Key Performance Areas

    • Provides commercial and financial decision support to local business unit teams whilst building and maintaining good relationships
    • Trusted point of contact for business leaders, transforming financial and non-financial information into insight which influences decision making to improve the financial performance of the organization
    • Develops accurate financials for the F1, F2 and 3YFF that reflect the business strategy
    • Provide support to business on budget preparation and submission, critically reviewing the information provided to ensure their integrity and completing budget packs for submission to the global office
    • Proactive identification of financial and commercial risks and opportunities, developing corrective actions where required
    • Provides review, challenge and decision support to investment and operating decisions (e.g. business cases...)
    • Supports the delivery of local projects
    • Completing the gross margin submissions for budget and validating the COGS submitted for accuracy and completeness
    • Monitoring and reporting on the affiliates / business units financial achievements versus budgets and forecasts to ensure successful achievement of objectives
    • In charge of the monthly and budget margin and inventory reporting
    • Managing the Transfer pricing process for the business and ensuring that TPs are requested and communicated to the relevant parties timeously
    • Providing commentary on movements in destructions and provisions vs targets

    CHC - Marketing Assistant

    PURPOSE:
    To support CHC - Consumer Healthcare Marketing in the execution of Marketing strategies from both a short and long term perspective.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    These include but are not limited to:

    • Assist with the execution of projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy of Sanofi CHC products
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Consumer Insights, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Medical Affairs, Trade & Revenue and Finance to ensure that all initiatives support the brand plans.
    • Support in managing vendor partners and communication agencies (creative, media and promotional), and all aspects of their projects.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns including where applicable planning, implementation and monitoring of brand events
    • Administration of marketing budget through the PO tracker and E-Buy requests
    • Maintain,monitor and track promotional materials inventory internally and at external warehouse
    • Assist with the management of promotional material approval process and execution via liaison with the agency , medical and regulatory departments and uploading of internal approval systems
    • Work with sales representatives to evaluate & review efficacy of tactical implementation in field
    • Assist with new product development
    • Assist with collation, preparation and the presentation of in-market activity including competitor information
    • Assist with ad-hoc marketing requests as they arise
       

    JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
    Education:

    • IMM diploma or related Marketing tertiary qualification
