    Social Places is a digital marketing/tech company based in that has developed software that centralizes customer feedback and digital marketing processes for franchises. The company started in 2013 with managed digital marketing services and moved into the tech space within a year, starting with the development of our GoReview Dashboard. Since then our product range has grown into 5 suites: GoListings, GoReview, GoAds, GoSocial and GoBookings. 

    Duties:

    • Responding to customer reviews across a range of social media platforms.
    • Identifying and recording sentiment in customer reviews
    • Social Media content approval.
    • Facebook Content Audits.
    • Monthly social media brand & store reporting.
    • Managing clients on the Social Places software.
    • Creating & managing social media listings.
    • Optimization of Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor & Zomato Listings.
    • New client audits and on boarding.
    • General once off tasks.

     Requirements:

    • 2-3 Years digital marketing.
    • Marketing diploma or degree required.
    • Excellent English skills required.
    • Microsoft Office Experience.

    Hard-working, dynamic applicants are needed. These applicants will have a chance to work at SA's leading location-based marketing and technology company in Cape Town.
    Social Places is a leading location-based marketing and Tech agency based in Century City, specialising in digital listings, social media advertising, and review management. We have developed proprietary software to centrally manage social media pages and listings for clients with multiple locations across various platforms.

    Duties:

    • Responding to customer reviews across a range of social media platforms.
    • Social Media page audits.
    • Monthly social media brand & store reporting.
    • Managing customer listings across the following platforms: Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, Zomato, etc.
    • Managing clients on the Social Places software.
    • New client setup & CRM.
    • General once-off tasks.

     Requirements:

    • Digital marketing knowledge
    • Excellent English skills required.
    • Microsoft Office Experience.

    Salary: R6000 for a 3-month project-specific position.
