    Sales Administrator X2 -Humansdorp

    Key Performance Areas:

    The successful candidate's primary function will be the processing of sales orders. 

    • Ensuring accurate and on time delivery of stock to our customers. 
    • Areas of responsibility will include daily planning. 
    • Ensuring stock availability. 
    • Processing of all sales related documentation. 
    • Communication with customers and service providers as well as general office administration. 

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • This position requires an Individual with Matric, a Three-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics will be an added advantage. 
    • 1-2 years' experience in similar position, in an FMCG manufacturing environment. 
    • Hands on experience ERP Management System is also required. 
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.  
    • The successful candidate must have exceptional communication, problem-solving and administrative skills. 
    • Proven ability to work independently and maintain performance standards under high-pressure conditions.

    Sales Administrator -Fixed Term

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Gqeberha, on a three-month contract. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that orders are processes seamlessly and customers receive exceptional service.  

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • Accurate and timely processing of all sales related orders. 
    • Ensuring on-time delivery of stock to our customer base.  
    • Proactively monitoring and ensuring stock availability. 
    • Executing daily planning tasks to optimise workflow.

    Inventory Supervisor

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Inventory Supervisor to manage and control finished goods inventory. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, FIFO compliance, staff supervision, reporting, and supporting warehouse operations through ERP/WMS systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily finished goods inventory operations
    • Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/WMS systems
    • Conduct cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and variance investigations
    • Supervise inventory and warehouse staff
    • Ensure FIFO compliance and efficient storage practices
    • Support shop floor scanning and inventory-related system issues
    • Compile inventory, KPI, and variance reports
    • Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory standards

    Knowledge and Skills: 

    • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or related field
    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management, including a supervisory role (FMCG experience preferred)
    • Proven experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems
    • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Continuous improvement mindset

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an analytical Industrial Engineer Intern to support warehouse operations by improving efficiency, productivity, and inventory processes. The role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain operations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. 

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • Analyse warehouse processes and identify improvements 
    • Conduct time studies and support productivity optimisation
