The role of a Material Planner is to verify that production line delivery aligns with minimum stock targets and logistics costs. The main missions of the role are to:

• Build up the Procurement Program by dividing and leveling piece procurements
• Follow up the Procurement Program realization by managing alert  systems and follow the unloading, receipt and transportation of pieces.
• Follow supplier delivery performance (supplier Misdeliveries Per Million) and the service of logistics partners and propose appropriate improvement action plans.
• Achieve the transportation program on a monthly basis and the transportation scheme semi-annually.
• Direct packaging management.
• Ensure that logistics conventions comply with purchasing objectives and support conditions set by suppliers for procurement and packaging and by logistics partners for transport and services.
• Verify that Sales and Production Plan (PIC) capacity requirements can be supported by suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary. 

Qualifications :

• Supply Chain Diploma or Degree
• Experience in production in an industrial environment

Essential responsibilities and duties

As a PC&L Warehouse Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow:

• Feed sequencer and monitor it
• Supervise preparation of daily shortage reports, understanding the line supply requirements
• Follow up shipments, alert in case of failure, implement Alert management, follow up and contribute to reduce lineside downtime
• Controling and managing parts preservation & inventory management
• Ensure supplies of production lines.
• Ensure the cleanness and tidiness of stocking areas
• Ensure production lines feeding (small train)
• Supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPM
• Manage warning system in picking zone. 
• Drive logistics basics implementation (booking operations, traceability, labelling, container management).
• Monitor visual management system : deploy visual FIFO (First In First Out) and install physical alert systems.
• Organise resources (people, machines).
• Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups).
• Look for productivity gains.
• Manage, train and coach logistics operators team.
• Maintain FES system

Qualifications and Experience

• Education :Diploma in Logistics
• Knowledge and experience : Experience in production in an industrial environment.

Job Description

• Lead and Control Engineering Change Request process and be the representative for the PC&L department.
• Manage application dates of product modifications according to engineering change procedures. 
• Maintain special relationships with program teams and Customer
• Define and assume the logistics conditions necessary for the launch of new programs.
• Co-ordinate and ensure that changes are taken into account in production scheduling, material planning, and within physical flows: identify appropriate packaging and introduce changes concerning border production line procurements stocks and towards suppliers
• Manage phase out files: reduce obsolete stocks to minimum levels and reorganize file in order to obtain reimbursement from the customer
• Audit BOM & routing audit process for the PC&L function.
• Improvement of the PC&L Function.
• Daily System transfer to clear negatives stock.
• Liaising with suppliers on customer supportability (Raising of POs & Tos)

• ECR Run-down Summary &Timing plans
• Nissan BU90 EOP Tracking/ OBS alleviation
• Plant ECR Stockpiling Support Plan
• Internal Derogations (New/old level)- Assisted by DE’s
• Mock-ups Summary details
• VSC Report- PDP & Run-progression

Main purpose of the role

The Maintenance Graduate is responsible for ensuring an optimum process to support the tracking & updating of the Plant Non TRS & Maintenance KPI & Maintenance Roadmap.

As a Maintenance Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow :

• Capture Plant NON TRS.
• Maintain & Analyse NON TRS rresult in Pareto’s per Technology
• Update Maintenance Top5 Gap Board
• Maintain Equipment & Reliability Board in UAP Gap’s
• Participate in daily Top5 and provide feedback on Results & Trends
• Capture Artisan Efficiency tracker
• Support & Implement Maintenance Roadmap activities.
• Ensure FES & HSE standards & processes are always met/ followed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: National Diploma equivalent qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience:
• Experience on computer systems & Microsoft Excell Proficiency.
• Valid drivers license
• Excellent people and teamwork skills
