    Senior Software Quality Engineer (DBN)

    You Bring:

    • BSc, BCom, Ndip
    • At least 5 years of experience in a technical testing role
    • ISTQB certifications are advantageous

    What You’ll Do:

    • Analysis and Design: You will examine documentation like business requirements and specifications. This review helps you derive appropriate test estimates and formulate a strategic test approach, ensuring thorough test coverage.
    • Implementation: You are responsible for developing database, API and UI automation and load testing scripts that adhere to internal standards and best practices. This process must be conducted leveraging version control tools to maintain organisation and efficiency. 
    • Execution: You will execute technical tests using the relevant tools, ensuring that each test is conducted methodically and accurately. This includes the execution of automated regression testing packs.
    • Defect Management: A key aspect of your role involves formally logging any defects found during testing. You will follow up on the progress of these defects and retest them once they are addressed.
    • Retesting and Regression Testing: You are tasked with conducting both retesting and regression testing to ensure that software changes have not adversely affected existing functionality or performance. You are responsible for creating and maintaining automated regression test packs working closely with the functional testing team to understand the scope.
    • Reporting: You are responsible for creating test progress and test completion reports leveraging automated reporting capabilities as far as possible.  Documentation and knowledge sharing: You will create documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. You will also be involved in conducting training sessions with the team to support upskilling efforts. 
    • Strategic Influence: Play an integral role in shaping the team's direction by implementing test process improvements and innovative solutions that align with strategic objectives. This includes establishing standards and best practices.
    • Career Development: Act as a mentor for team members by offering guidance that aligns with the company's career framework, and advocate for team member promotions by recognising and nurturing their potential for growth. This includes providing input into performance appraisals.
    • Team Coordination: Facilitate the organisation of team logistics, including the planning and coordination of team leave, timekeeping, remote work schedules, and provision of after-hours support.
    • Team Expansion: You will play a supporting role in scaling the team to meet organisational needs. This involves participation in the interview process to assess and select candidates who align with our technical requirements and company culture. Your insights and evaluations will be key in making informed hiring decisions, contributing to the growth and strengthening of our quality assurance team.

    People Partner (CPT)

    You Bring:

    • HR degree or business-related degree.
    • 3 years + in an HR administrative role.
    • In depth knowledge of Labour Legislation (EE Act, BCEA, Labour Relations, OSH and BBBEE).
    • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to work with and alongside all occupational levels in the organisation.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee and assist with the planning and coordination of the Onboarding and Induction process for all new Team Members.
    • Assisting managers and Team Members across the organisation with any key issues pertaining to the employee life cycle (attraction, selection, development, management and retention of team members).
    • Actively participates in the recruitment process and ensure the take-on of all new Team Members is smooth and efficient.
    • Works closely with management and Team Members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Provides guidance and administrative support on department and team restructures.
    • Understand and advise on any IR/ER related issues in the business and escalate when necessary. Ensure that any ER case is documented thoroughly and communicated through to respective IR Specialist.
    • Ensures that the performance management timelines and documentation is adhered to by all line managers allowing for an effective process. Gathering feedback on the process as and when it arises in order to continuously improve HR processes.
    • Ensure that all Team Members have Individual Development Plans against future suggested career progression and any other key development areas which have been highlighted.
    • Ensure Employment Equity meetings are set up and the necessary committee members are made aware of dates. Employment Equity is considered when recruitment, transfers or promotions are being conducted.
    • Consistently maintain data integrity of the HR System and conduct monthly checks to ensure consistency. Correct any errors as and when they arise.
    • Conduct stay and exit interviews with Team Members and ensure feedback is provided to relevant stakeholders on information gathered.
    • Sending on monthly reports to the Department Head as and when requested.
    • Assists with the creation of People Dashboard.
    • Assists with the current monthly HR report and the compilation thereof in an accurate and timeous manner.

    VIP Security Officer (EL)

    You Bring:

    • Valid driver’s license advantageous.
    • Registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).

    What You’ll Do:

    • VIPs must be present 15 minutes before the branch opens.
    • Branch Manager/ Senior Team leader will open branch in the presence of the VIP Officer.
    • VIP Officer needs to ensure they conduct a perimeter patrol before the branch opens.
    • VIP need to check around the premises for any suspicious movements before the branch is opened.
    • VIP Officer needs to be extremely vigilant and alert at all times of their surrounds before the opening/ closing of the branch.
    • VIP Officer needs to conduct a floor walk once branch is open, to observe all is order.
    • VIP officer must valid all observation checks are completed before the Branch Manager / Senior Team Leader continues with their daily checks.
    • During opening and closing, one VIP must be positioned away from the entrance, observing his/her colleague and checking for potential danger.
    • Patrolling should include inside and outside the branch entrance, back areas and all parking areas.
    • Ensure all two way radios are fully charged, for early morning usage. Report faulty equipment immediately.
    • Charge the batteries overnight so that they are useable from the beginning of your shift.
    • Ensure all panic button and two way radios are in good working conditions and keep safely.
    • VIP Officers must carrying their panic buttons, two way radios and earpieces to ensure open communication and ease of access in the event of an emergency.
    • The VIP Officer that is posted to the searching zone must use the scanner to search all guest entering the branch including team members.
    • Ensure at the searching zone the branch door or the gate is always kept close.
    • VIP Officers are not allowed to cross gender scan guest entering the branch.
    • Male guest must be scanned by only male VIP Officers, female guest to be scanned by only female VIP’s.
    • VIP Officers must ensure to search female bags with a stick. Male guest are not allowed to bring in their bags.
    • VIP Officer is to direct traffic on our premises and ensure the free flow of foot traffic and to control the amount of vehicles entering and exiting the building.
    • End of day closing procedure, VIP Officer must minimise entry by sliding close one door to ensure security of minimising high risk.
    • VIP Officers must attend branch meeting when notified by the Branch Manager to attend.
    • VIPs to assist when receiving stock, doing alarm test and submitting of daily report every morning by 10:00am.

    Housekeeper (DBN)

    You Bring:

    • Matric (Advantageous)
    • 3 years relevant experience
    • Good organisational and team management skills

    • Maintain clean and tidy work areas before opening, during service, and at closing, including both inside and outside the building as well as the parking area, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Ensure that floors are swept, mopped, scrubbed and/or vacuumed for a safe and healthy working environment.
    • Ensure that walls are cleaned for a safe and healthy working environment.
    • Collect and dispose of refuse, sanitise bins, and replace refuse bags to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
    • Keep toilets clean at all times to maintain hygienic environment
    • Clean, refill, and maintain machines such as BIBOs and coffee machines to ensure they are fully operational for team use.
    • Ensure all beverage stations are consistently stocked to provide Team Members with easy access to necessary supplies.
    • Maintain neat and tidy service areas during both peak and quiet periods to support a clean and safe working environment.
    • Use cleaning products appropriately to avoid wastage and ensure the correct products are selected for each task.
    • Request replenishment of cleaning products and supplies from the Housekeeping Supervisor, Receptionist, or Office Administrator before supplies run low.
    • Declare breakages to the Office Manager so that replacements can be obtained timeously
    • Clean the office aircon filters weekly.
    • Monitor and maintain all furniture (tables & chairs), check seat covers, request replacements as needed to ensure furniture is in good working condition.
