    • A Store Manager will lead a team of passionate associates in maximizing store sales/turnover, ensuring the stock loss benchmark is maintained and managing the administration of the store.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote sales. 
    • Manage stock, and control expenses to meet business targets. 
    • Achieve and/or exceed the required targets that are set out for the store. 
    • Use store resources effectively to maintain the productivity of the store. 
    • Encompass a thorough knowledge of stock and management of policies and procedures.

    Qualifications and experience

    • A qualification in marketing, branding or communications would be beneficial

    • We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support our Finance Transformation & Automation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with finance, technology, and business teams to enhance financial processes, optimize reporting, and implement automation solutions.     Purpose:

    • To support the Group Projects Manager in driving financial transformation initiatives by contributing to project planning, data analysis, and the automation of financial processes. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring robust internal controls, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the group. The Finance Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, implement automation tools, and ensure the successful execution and monitoring of finance-related projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in analyzing and documenting current financial processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
    • Support the implementation of finance automation tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 
    • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and assess the impact of automation solutions.
    • Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of finance transformation initiatives.
    • Create and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, business cases, and user guides, with the cornerstone of understanding of business need, best practise and internal controls.
    • Support change management efforts, including user training and adoption strategies.
    • Monitor financial automation systems post-implementation, ensuring continuous improvement and issue resolution.
    • Participate in the development and execution of test cases, ensuring that financial systems meet business requirements and function correctly. Report and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.

    Qualifications

    • CA(SA) or CIMA
    • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, finance operations, or automation projects preferred
    • Advanced MS office skills, specifically excel. 
    • Good understanding of internal controls
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good understanding of finance principles, accounting standards, and reporting frameworks.
    • Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA tools, SQL, Python or Alteryx  is a plus.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
