    Senior Digital Copywriter

    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    • This is a full-time, on-site role as a digital copywriter at WBWR, located in Somerset West. As a Copywriter, you will create engaging and impactful marketing copy, write and edit content, develop new brand voices, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives.
    • Your day-to-day tasks may include crafting persuasive advertisements, creating compelling brand narratives, and optimising content for various marketing channels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop high-quality, SEO-optimised content for e-commerce websites, including product descriptions, category pages, landing pages, and blog posts.
    • Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, and PPC campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and developers, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
    • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive
    • landscape to inform content strategy and messaging.
    • Tailor content to target audience demographics, preferences, and pain points, utilising data-driven insights to optimise performance.
    • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing and copywriting, continuously refining skills and techniques.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a marketing copywriter within a digital marketing agency, focusing on e-commerce marketing on all channels.
    • Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and a mastery of grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimisation.
    • Proficiency in crafting persuasive copy that drives action and conversion across various digital channels.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for understanding consumer behaviour.

    BENEFICIAL:

    • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce) and familiarity with product listing optimisation.
    • Experience writing for paid media, organic social media and SEO.

    Junior C# Developer

    Your Role

    • You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining backend services in Node.js (TypeScript) and C# (.NET Core), integrating with external APIs, supporting large scale data flows, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across our client projects.
    • You’ll work closely with our front end developers, project managers, and QA to deliver backend systems that are a pleasure to integrate with and a joy to maintain.

    What You’ll Work On

    • RESTful and GraphQL APIs powering web and mobile experiences
    • ERP and third party API integrations
    • Backend services deployed to Google Cloud or AWS
    • Database interactions including SQL, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Firebase
    • Clean Architecture patterns and modular service design
    • Job queues, background workers, batch processors
    • Logging, monitoring, and error tracking including Sentry and Cloud Logging

    What We’re Looking For

    • A minimum of 1 year experience building backend applications

    Junior Paid Performance Media Specialist

    Your Role

    • You’ll support the team in formulating and executing paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more. You’ll help monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and assist in optimising campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in executing digital paid media strategies aimed at enhancing online presence and driving business growth
    • Support evaluation and interpretation of data from social platforms, Google, and revenue reports to help optimise campaigns
    • Help define target audiences by researching behaviours, demographics, and media consumption habits
    • Support the creation and implementation of multi-channel paid initiatives
    • Communicate campaign updates and insights to stakeholders under guidance
    • Assist in maintaining strong client and agency partner relationships
    • Monitor paid media channels to ensure delivery aligns with campaign objectives
    • Help track campaign performance and perform basic quality assurance

    What We’re Looking For (Junior Level)

    • Around 1 year of experience supporting paid media campaigns or digital marketing projects
    • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
    • Some exposure to digital analytics, Google Analytics is a plus
    • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute creative ideas
    • A keen interest in storytelling and design for digital marketing
    • Ability to follow guidance and collaborate with a team
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or related field is advantageous, but a strong portfolio or proven interest will also be considered
    • Interest in fashion, sports retail, or lifestyle brands is a bonus

    Receptionist

    Role Overview

    • As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and members. Your role is to create a warm, organized, and professional environment by assisting with daily operations, managing front desk duties, and ensuring that all members receive excellent service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests, members, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
    • Manage the front desk, including answering calls, emails, and walk in enquiries
    • Assist members with workspace needs, bookings, and general support
    • Maintain a clean and organised reception area and common spaces
    • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for use
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels

    Requirements

    • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage time well
    • Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic office software
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
    • A customer focused mindset with a desire to help others
    • Experience in a co working space environment is an advantage but not required
