You’ll support the team in formulating and executing paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more. You’ll help monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and assist in optimising campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing digital paid media strategies aimed at enhancing online presence and driving business growth
Support evaluation and interpretation of data from social platforms, Google, and revenue reports to help optimise campaigns
Help define target audiences by researching behaviours, demographics, and media consumption habits
Support the creation and implementation of multi-channel paid initiatives
Communicate campaign updates and insights to stakeholders under guidance
Assist in maintaining strong client and agency partner relationships
Monitor paid media channels to ensure delivery aligns with campaign objectives
Help track campaign performance and perform basic quality assurance
Support reporting and analysis of campaign results, providing insights to improve future campaigns
What We’re Looking For (Junior Level)
Around 1 year of experience supporting paid media campaigns or digital marketing projects
Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
Some exposure to digital analytics, Google Analytics is a plus
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute creative ideas
A keen interest in storytelling and design for digital marketing
Ability to follow guidance and collaborate with a team
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or related field is advantageous, but a strong portfolio or proven interest will also be considered
Interest in fashion, sports retail, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
