    Growth Marketing Specialist - Sandton

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide assistance and guidance to support the Marketing team with the production of insightful, relevant content (blog posts, optimizing SEO, etc)
    • Plan and execute targeted AMB campaigns that drive engagement and support revenue growth
    • Managing potential leads and the effective routing thereof
    • Manage and oversee website and landing page content with a strong focus on growth
    • Identify and initiate potential PR angles, media opportunities and strategic partnerships.
    • Monitor key marketing metrics and compile reports that will help optimize strategy and driving ROI

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design or a related field
    • ± 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role
    • Strong academic track record
    • A portfolio that demonstrates strong attention to detail, creativity, commercial awareness, innovation and high-quality work

    PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Experience with marketing tools, i.e., Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
    • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Mailchimp) is advantageous
    • Proven ability to create compelling and visually appealing designs
    • Knowledge of web design and content management
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Financial Controller - Sandton

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    • Our client is looking for a candidate who would like to be involved in operational finance as a financial controller.
    • The financial controller is responsible for the daily finance operations of all shipments allocated to them. 
    • This involves invoicing clients, processing invoices received from suppliers and overall cost management and profit maximisation. 
    • The finance team liaises with various shipping providers, suppliers and clients primarily over email and when required, over the phone in a timely and professional manner.

    On a practical level, this role also involves:

    • Receipt of cash and bank reconciliation
    • Management of debtors and processing of payments
    • Management of shipments from a finance perspective
    • The need exists for an additional team member to deal with the number of new clients signed, thus resulting in an increase in volume of transactions. 
    • The financial controller will also be working with other roles in the relevant business unit and finance team.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • University undergraduate degree (BCom Accounting/Finance)
    • Honours degree advantageous
    • Excellent High School results (2-5 distinctions and >65% for Mathematics)

    HR Executive - Rosebank

    Role overview:

    • Contributes to the formulation of human capital strategies and goals that align and enable business success, and managing effectively to ensure the achievement of strategic outcomes.
    • Manages all staff sourcing, recruitment, retention, interviewing, contract issuing, induction, onboarding, succession and talent management strategies.
    • Ensures organisation design structures, charts and job descriptions are accurately maintained, secured, and effectively control the management to non-management ratios and fully meet the needs of the business.
