    ERP Administrator

    • You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will have opportunities to attend both internal and external training courses to develop your career. The ultimate goal of an  ERP administrator is to ensure the  ERP system supports and enhances the company's operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making capabilities. In addition to this, you will also be supporting our online travel booking system - TravelIT.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A minimum of a Matric qualification is needed to apply
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP Administrator 
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems 
    • CRM experience advantageous
    • Strong financial background, including AP, AR, P&L, and Balance sheets

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Install, configure, update and test the ERP software and related components.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth operations.
    • Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes to keep the system secure and up-to-date.

    User Support.

    • Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related issues.
    • Provide technical support and resolve user-reported problems.
    • Assist employees with system navigation, functionality, and troubleshooting.

    Data Management.

    • Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data within the ERP system.
    • Manage user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive information.

    System Customisation and Configuration.

    • Work with business units to understand their needs and customise ERP modules accordingly.
    • Configure workflows, reports, and dashboards to match business processes.
    • Collaborate with developers for advanced customisations and integrations.    

    Training and Documentation.

    • Train end-users on how to use the ERP system efficiently.
    • Develop user manuals, guides, and training materials.
    • Offer workshops or one-on-one training sessions for new employees.

    System Integration.

    • Integrate the ERP system with other software applications (e.g., CRM, HR, payroll systems).
    • Ensure data flows seamlessly between systems to support cross-departmental processes.

    Reporting and Analysis.

    • Create and distribute reports, dashboards, and analytics based on system data.
    • Support management with insights for decision-making and strategy planning.

    Compliance and Security.

    • Ensure the ERP system complies with organisational policies and external regulations.
    • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorised access.    

    Performance Monitoring.

    • Continuously assess the system’s performance to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to optimise system performance.    

    Collaboration.

    • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, finance, operations) to align the ERP system with organisational goals.
    • Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system upgrades or support.
    • Manage the fixed assets for the group.

    Senior Sales Executive

    • We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in South Africa, with a focus on SaaS subscriptions and consulting solutions for enterprise customers. The Senior Sales Executive will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, for strategic accounts. This role requires a proven track record of selling SaaS and consulting services into complex, enterprise environments. The candidate will be expected to bring both strategic and tactical sales capability to accelerate Pragma’s revenue growth.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (certificate, diploma, Bachelor's degree)
    • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in enterprise sales
    • A minimum of 5 years in SaaS solution selling.
    • Experience with long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong network in asset-intensive industries (e.g., mining, utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas) is advantageous.
    • Strong background in selling consulting services and managed solutions.
    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in South Africa.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Business Development:

    • Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise sales opportunities across targeted industries.

    Consultative Selling:

    • Position Pragma’s SaaS and consulting solutions as value-driven, integrated offerings that address client needs.

    Account Management:

    • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers and key influencers.

    Deal Execution:

    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal development, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client engagement.

    Market Insights:

    • Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs to shape sales strategies.

    Sales Targets:

    • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas for SaaS ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and consulting revenue.

    IT Administrator

The ideal candidate should have great troubleshooting skills, pay attention to details and have a good working knowledge of computer hardware and software.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • An A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent qualification
    • A minimum of 2 years in an IT administrator role
    • Administering Microsoft Active Directory
    • Installing desktop operating systems
    • Installing and supporting Office 365 Applications
    • Experience with ticketing systems and work scheduling
    • On Key experience is advantegous

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Administers the service request queue and IT mailbox
    • Assists with remediating desktop security threats
    • Resolves service requests according to SLA
    • Managing issuing and return of work orders
    • Creates/amends/deletes user accounts in all systems
    • Attends meetings and updates documentation
    • Processes invoices for payment
