Before engaging with a client, a thorough evaluation of the current status of a client is determined by means of an Asset Management Improvement Planning (AMIP) assessment. The results of the assessment are used to draw up and asset management policy, strategy and master plan (with measures) as base line for a road map towards sustainable and results driven asset management. The Pragma Academy offers a three year certificate course for strategic and tactical managers as well as operations teams, thus enabling clients to manage their own asset management programmes. The Academy in Brasil offers a MBA in asset management.
