    Supply Planning Manager: HPC

    • You are accountable for all supply planning activities in the category. In close collaboration with the Demand Planner, Marketing, Customer, and Operational teams, you are to ensure process adherence and to balance demand and supply within the HPC business. You own the supply planning process to deliver coordinated, cost-effective and on-time stock availability to the customer. You drive continuous improvement of the production, capacity & material planning process and conduct regular supply analytics and validating planning policies / parameters.
    • Ensure generation of supply plans (MPS and MRP) for your respective category and ensure continuous improvement of the supply planning process 
    • Ensure efficient production planning to provide finished goods in accordance with the demand plan
    • Ensure efficient planning of RM/PM to maintain high % of Plan Adherence
    • Analyse sales forecast and inventory data to ensure creation of weekly master production schedules in accordance with customer service targets, logistics and manufacturing cost goals of the supply chain
    • Directly manage material planners and indirectly manage schedulers and buyers to develop capacity plans that optimize on time service and productivity
    • Lead the monthly supply planning cycle by preparing and facilitating Supply Review forums e.g. supply plans with capacity utilization, supply gaps, action plans and supply opportunities
    • Analyse critical demand-supply imbalances and develop various supply scenarios as inputs to the S&OP process as well as conduct regular supply analytics and validating planning policies / parameters
    • Work with the CoE PS&OP to deploy available technology, in particular SAP IBP.
    • Work with plant finance to highlight weekly, monthly and quarterly financial impacts driven by production plans
    • Utilize and continuously developing supply planning tools 
    • Review of target stocks levels on quarterly basis and monthly stock projections
    • Manage inventory levels to optimize capital investment with on time service
    • Partner with procurement to work on supplier management and development with strategic vendors
    • Ensure planning and coordination with key stakeholders (NPD etc) for new product launches
    • People Management: Ensure that Set/review objectives and conduct performance appraisals/IPAs
    • Manage administrative tasks (leave etc). Develop and manage the supply team, Provide input to succession planning for the Sales & Operations team

    Filler Packer

    • The Completion of a variety of basic and/or manual tasks required in the processing and packaging of products within specified parameters and in accordance with the MECP framework and standards and Standard Operating Procedures.

    Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

    Ancillary packaging equipment such as:

    • Mixing
    • Proving
    • Slicing
    • Labelling
    • Case sealing
    • Palletizing / De-palletizing
    • A variety of tasks that involve working a for example, end of line, typically performing highly predictable actions in a given sequence, with no scope for judgement or discretion.  Associated skills are basic and quickly learnt.
    • Ensure adherence to the Health and Safety regulations.

    • Quality control and quality assurance results
    • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness on assigned equipment.
    • Report Non-conformances
    • Adherence to key KPI’s
    • Ensure efficient operation.
    • Apply good manufacturing principles in the relevant work area.
    • Utilize allocated cleaning materials in maintaining the high standard within the relevant work area.
    • Ensure set hygiene standards are always adhered to.
    • Participate effectively in the Invocoms sessions.
    • Participate and or identify non compliances to be addressed using the SGA process.
    • Application of manufacturing Excellence Methodology i.e., MECP, 20keys.
    • Participate in all MECP activities.

    General Worker-13

    • Assistance in operating equipment according to SOP

    Maintenance Coordinator

    • The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities. Through the effective management of people, resources, and maintenance systems, the role ensures that equipment availability, reliability, and longevity are optimized within budget and in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

    • Develop, manage, and optimize preventive maintenance plans for all equipment using the site’s CMMS.
    • Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
    • Prepare and issue detailed job cards for planned maintenance tasks.
    • Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules based on equipment condition and operational demands.

    Coordination of Maintenance Activities

    • Facilitate execution of maintenance work by coordinating technicians, contractors, and required materials/tools.
    • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and within specified timeframes.
    • Maintain a centralized view of all ongoing and upcoming maintenance activities.

    Equipment Performance & Reliability

    • Monitor and track asset performance metrics (e.g., MTTR, MTBF, availability).
    • Assist in conducting root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop action plans for improvement.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance practices.

    Compliance & Safety

    • Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal standards.
    • Enforce use of safe work procedures, PPE, and permit-to-work systems.
    • Conduct risk assessments for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
    • Participate in HSE inspections, audits, and investigations.

     Team Collaboration & Communication

    • Liaise with engineering team, and production departments to align goals and priorities.
    • Communicate maintenance schedules and progress to stakeholders and team members.
    • Support artisans in executing complex maintenance tasks or troubleshooting.

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and interventions.
    • Generate and submit regular reports on maintenance performance, backlog, costs, and improvements.
    • Support audits and compliance checks with up-to-date documentation.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Education: Diploma in Maintenance Planning, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar field).
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a maintenance coordination, planning, or supervisory role in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems)
    • Proficient in maintenance planning, job scoping, and resource allocation
    • Familiar with predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals

    Soft Skills:

    • High-level organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure
