The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing online content for the website, which includes weekly newsletters, and additional social media content.
• Brainstorming and producing content that is fresh, relevant and on-trend for the digital readership.
• Managing social media for the brand.
• Driving readership numbers on the digital platform.
• Keeping up to date with digital trends in order to keep the website vibrant.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in English and/or journalism with a strong interest in the digital sphere, specifically social media.
• Should be familiar with WordPress, trending social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube).
• Excellent writing, copy-editing, and organisational skills.
• Proactive and self-disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to work accurately under deadline pressure and willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Have a good understanding of the brand's principles and should be able to curate the content so it expresses the pillars and tone.
• They should be creative and familiar with digital trends and work with the editor, to constantly improve the digital numbers.

The successful candidate will be required to do the following:

• Assist with fact-checking stories
• Assist with editorial tasks
• Assist in managing social media channels
• Attends events when required
• Other administrative tasks where relevant

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in media studies, English and/or journalism
• Proficiency in WordPress CMS and a Mac is beneficial
• Excellent writing, copy editing and organisational skills
• Able to work accurately under deadline pressure and willing to work overtime when necessary
• Proficiency in all major social media platforms
• Have a keen interest and basic knowledge in travel and nature conservation

Key duties:

• Brainstorming creative concepts.
• Offering creative insight on how we can better our platforms and keep up to date with trends.
• Assisting with the planning and creation of compelling content across our social media channels. 
• Being reasonably proficient when it comes to spelling, grammar and caption creation.
• Being willing to research market trends.
• Being willing to take initiative and investigate best marketing practices (paid posts, sponsored posts, collaborations, competitions etc).
• Spending time researching creative ways to make posts more visually appealing: Apps, Canva, etc.
• Being willing to learn how to schedule content in advance and adhere to an editorial schedule outlined by the digital editor/lead content creator.
• Collaborating with the team 

Requirements:

• 500+ followers on social media
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative mindset with an ability to conceptualise engaging content ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is a plus.

• Collaborate with AI trainers to optimise digital resources and learning materials.
• Contribute to the design and development of interactive learning modules.
• Assist in managing and organising digital assets and training data.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance training methodologies.

Requirements:

• Passion for artificial intelligence and a basic understanding of AI concepts.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools and platforms.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Enrolled in a degree program related to relevant fields, (e.g. computer science, machine learning].
• Eager to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Prior experience in digital content creation or e-learning is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with all teams across the departments.
• Commitment to completing work on time that meets or exceeds quality expectations.
