    Internship: Lending & Financing (Centurion)

    Job Description

    • iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, invites applications for a 12-month Sales Lending and Financing Internship aimed at motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in a supportive and professional environment. It will offer:

    Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities

    • Process personal loans, vehicle financing applications and other iMasFinance products.
    • Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions.
    • Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability.
    • Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships.
    • Generate leads, convert leads, sell, and conclude sales deals.
    • Resolve complaints and manage customer service experience and service delivery.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with members, stakeholders and dealerships.
    • Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties.
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries.
    • Adherence to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
    • Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering.

    Minimum requirements:

    • A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related.
    • Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
    • Driver’s license is advantageous

This programme provides an opportunity to develop core business skills and gain exposure to key organisational functions within a supportive and professional environment.

    Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities

    • Stakeholder engagement: Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, and dealerships to build strong professional relationships.
    • Develop sales skills:  Proactively generate leads and assist in driving the sales opportunities and successfully conclusion of the deals.
    • Increase positive customer experience: Handle and resolve complaints effectively, ensuring a seamless customer service journey and consistent service delivery.
    • Strengthen relationship development: Establish long-term partnerships with members, stakeholders, and dealerships to support business growth.
    • Business Risk Awareness: Identify potential risks and understand the strategies to mitigate them. Contribute to proactive solutions that safeguard organizational objectives.
