    Finance Administrator| Shared Services

    Objectives of Role

    • Capture and process all company invoices.
    • Allocate all expense claims and credit cards to general ledger accounts.
    • Assist the team with general administration / finance duties.
    • Assist with related queries.
    • May assist with financial reporting and other ad hoc duties.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Graduate with a National Diploma/ Degree Finance, Accounting, or related field of study.

    Media and Communications Specialist

    Media Management:

    • Drive media strategies and plans that strengthen our reputation.
    • Manage digital content (blogs, press releases, social media, podcasts, and webinars).
    • Oversee social media channels with a focus on engagement, alignment, and impact.
    • Monitor media coverage and sector trends, offering insights to inform strategy.
    • Sustain strong relationships with key media stakeholders.

    Strategic Communication & Execution:

    • Support the development and execution of communication strategies that reinforce AGGP_SA’s thought leadership and impact.
    • Conduct sector communication analysis, generating insights on audience engagement trends.
    • Implement processes for identifying key messages and creating targeted content for various stakeholders.
    • Execute strategies for optimal use of traditional and digital media platforms to enhance AGGP_SA’s reach. 
    • Work closely with internal teams to craft consistent messaging and brand positioning in line with AGGP_SA’s strategic objectives.
    • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective dissemination of research findings, impact evidence, and strategic insights through appropriate communication channels.

    Internal Communication:

    • Implement internal communication initiatives to foster engagement and transparency across the organisation.
    • Develop and manage internal messaging frameworks, ensuring alignment with AGGP_SA’s organisational culture and strategic direction.
    • Lead the production of internal communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and knowledge-sharing content.

    Brand & Risk Management:

    • Implement brand risk management measures to ensure consistent representation of AGGP_SA.
    • Monitor brand perception, recommending interventions to address potential risks and reputational challenges.

    Financial Management:

    • Execute within communication budgets, optimising resources across campaigns and media engagements.

    Analysis and Reporting:

    • Participate in institutional structures as required and on invitation or direction by line manager and/or CEO.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Honours Degree / Post Graduate Diploma NQF level 8

    Programme Design Officer

    Project and Program Support

    • Assist with coordinating program and project tasks, tracking timelines, managing documentation, and following up with team members on deliverables.
    • Support key program design projects by organizing materials, monitoring progress, and updating stakeholders as needed.
    • Maintain and organize the team GMAIL shared folder, ensuring documents, reports, and project files are accessible and up-to-date.

    Event and Workshop Coordination

    • Coordinate and assist with the logistics of workshops, events, and training sessions, including arranging materials, preparing agendas, and managing participant communication.
    • Plan team meetings and workshops, ensuring all logistical details are covered, including venue arrangements, scheduling, and coordination with vendors if needed.

    Communication and Liaison Support

    • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and directing information to relevant team members.
    • Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of the Program Design communications plan, including content development, managing service providers, and supporting communication channels.
    • Draft and distribute key messages, agendas, and meeting notes, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed on updates and initiatives.

    Administrative Support

    • Provide proactive administrative assistance to team members, allowing them to focus on specialized areas by handling routine tasks such as scheduling, organizing files, and managing permissions.
    • Maintain the team’s calendar, coordinate appointments, and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing travel itineraries.
    • Oversee team file structures, permissions, and sharing protocols to support smooth operations across various program tasks.

    Expense and Budget Management

    • Assist with operational budget planning and track expenses related to travel, events, and projects, ensuring timely submission and reconciliation of receipts and reimbursements.
    • Prepare monthly budget and expense reports, supporting the team in maintaining financial accuracy and budget compliance.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinating role within a nonprofit, youth development, philanthropy, or program-focused environment.
