Purpose

• CemAir (Pty) Ltd, a vibrant and dynamic South African airline, is seeking to employ Flight Deck Crew based at King Shaka Airport (Durban).

Main Responsibilities
COMMAND REQUIREMENTS: CRJ

• South African Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must reside in proximity of KSI (Durban International) Airport
• Valid SACAA ATP license and medical
• Valid twin rating with minimum 2 000 hours
• Minimum Total Time 4 000 hours
• Minimum 750 hours PIC
• At least 1 year Part 121 PIC experience
• Valid passport
• RNP-APCH Endorsement required
• Must be willing to sign a Training Bond Agreement

FIRST OFFICER REQUIREMENTS: CRJ

• South African Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must reside in proximity of KSI (Durban International) Airport
• Valid SACAA CPL and medical
• Valid twin rating
• Minimum Total Time 1 000 hours
• Jet experience in Part 121 operations will be an advantage
• Valid passport
• RNP-APCH Endorsement advantageous
• Must be willing to sign a Training Bond Agreement

• CemAir(Pty) Ltd, a South African Part 121 / 135 airline based at O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, is seeking to employ a dynamic, results-driven Storeman, to be deployed at OR Tambo International Airport.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBLITIES – BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Efficient Procurement of equipment / spares / tools/ stock items
• On-going interaction with relevant departments on allstock related matters
• Efficiently managing timelines of orders and ETA’s and proactively advise all relevant parties of possible delivery delays, short deliveries and/or defective stock and action immediately so as to least impact operations
• Regular liaison & negotiations with customers, suppliers, vendors and service providers
• Efficient stock management with 100% accurate month-end stock-in-hand figures, physical stock movement, including issuing of stock, ensuring stock security
• Continuous System and stock sheet data management
• Ensure necessary processes are in place to optimise stock keeping levels and management of back orders, availability of stock items, revised ETA’s
• Ensure logistics processes, procedures and documentation are fully compliant to all legislative and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring timeous and correct courier of stock to outstations
• Manage and efficiently execute all stock counts
• Ensure that the racks are clearly labelled.
• Ensure that Stores is kept clean, tidy and orderly
• Manage servicing process and ensure warranties and guarantees are in place and used
• Effective procurement of day-to-day business consumables
• Ensure successful HR management including but not limited to resource planning, recruitment, development, management, communication, motivation and discipline
• Identify, understand and manage personal development requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• South African Citizen or Permanent Resident with no criminal record
• Experience in stores, preferably in an Aviation environment, and stock control procedures

Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, is seeking to employ a dynamic, results-driven Technical Stores Receiving Clerk, to be deployed at CemAir’s premises in Bonaero Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that they are properly stored or distributed.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBLITIES – BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Receive incoming shipments of parts and compare them with purchase orders, packing lists, and other relevant documents to verify accuracy.
• Inspect shipments for damages, discrepancies, or any quality issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure that all received goods comply with company standards and regulations.
• Generate and maintain accurate records of received shipments, including item descriptions, quantities, dates, and other relevant information.
• Update inventory systems or databases with received items and their respective locations.
• Prepare and organize documentation such as delivery receipts and shipping labels.
• Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock quantities and reporting discrepancies or shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of received parts.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any receiving-related challenges.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling shipments, including proper use of equipment, personal protective gear, and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Follow company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance in all receiving activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• South African Citizen with no Criminal Record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Computer literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Driver’s license with own, reliable transport.
• Sound knowledge of stock keeping, inventory, stock & storage control.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Capable of functioning without supervision.
