    Ad Operations Manager

    Key responsibilities:

    • Ensures digital campaigns are trafficked effectively to achieve expected performance targets
    • Owns implementation of Ad Operation recommendations and is responsible for troubleshooting within platform (e.g. GCM)
    • Ensures campaigns are set up correctly and ad creative are in the correct format
    • Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
    • Tracks and reports on campaign results, gathers data analysis and participates in weekly calls
    • Identifies non-compliance with established taxonomies and initiates correction processes to ensure data consistency
    • Oversees the campaigns' performance against client key performance indicators
    • Develops and maintains relationships with client team and other disciplines to nurture performance growth

    • Ensures all campaigns are trafficked in compliance with established data taxonomies
    • Provides subject matter expertise in at least one connected tech stack (i.e. Google)
    • Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions (e.g. GTM)
    • Supports operational activities and drives excellence in customer service through accurate and consistent delivery and supplier operations
    • Supports a culture of operational excellence in all client operations processes and activities.
    • Supports the team in running analysis and problem-solving sessions to improve day-to-day work and support in resolving issues with the broader business
    • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers, including digital agencies and partners
    • Develops key media owner and senior client relationships to enhance our offering
    • Uphold a positive working culture, ensuring the organization is recognized for maintaining a strong reputation with all internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by specialists.
    • Attend key client meetings with campaign managers.
    • Drive effective collaboration across account manager teams.
    • Integrate and articulate digital thinking, platforms and solutions within the planning teams
    • Establish innovative shared strategy products and processes.

    SEO Specialist

    Key responsibilities:

    • Defines the strategies of the current and potential clients in partnership with the Account Manager
    • Plans and manages SEO initiatives, manages account priorities, client performance and team project planning
    • Execute operational activities for client accounts, e.g. keyword analysis and keyword research, assist with SEO audits, reporting, content optimisation, meta-data optimisation​
    • Analyses the clients' targets and objectives in order to offer creative solutions
    • Prepare clients’ presentations and reports​
    • Contributes to client meetings and QBRs as needed
    • Identifies opportunities to develop the accounts and finds synergies between disciplines

    Media Analytics & Dashboarding Specialist

    Key responsibilities:

    Analytics Management:

    • Design, develop, and support web analytics instrumentation architecture.
    • Regularly evaluate and update the analytics environment to ensure stability, flexibility, scalability, and futureproofing.
    • Develop custom JavaScript for Google Tag Manager to create events and triggers.

    Reporting and Visualization:

    • Build and deliver standardized and custom reports for business stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage dashboards, ensuring quality and accuracy through independent checks.
    • Utilize BigQuery for advanced data analysis and integration with Google Analytics.
    • Implement and manage data solutions within Azure to support marketing analytics.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Partner with analytics teams on measurement strategies for customized site experiences.
    • Liaise with vendors and third-party representatives to maintain and develop relationships.
    • Manage client relationships on medium-sized reporting and visualization projects, ensuring clear communication and detailed performance reporting.

    Client Service:

    • Managing media brand expectations.
    • Day to day administration – meeting minutes, agendas and timing plans.
    • Deadline and Project management
    • Strategy guidance and input in order to drive the business objectives.
    • Attending status /other meetings with media brands.
    • Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by you and your team.
    • Attend key client meetings.
    • Uphold a positive working culture.

    Commercial and service ownership:

    Search - Performance Account Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the Performance team
    • Provides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input within Google Ads, Bing.
    • Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
    • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives
    • Provides accurate client communication that details performance and return on investment via campaign reporting and analysis

    • Research solutions and make recommendations to all relevant teams regarding digital innovation
    • Ensures best practice, consistency and innovation in all Performance activities
    • Ensures the Performance offerings are aligned with clients' objectives and organisation
    • Ensures knowledge-sharing across teams and engages in cross-channel strategic planning​
    • Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Media Brands
    • Liaises with channel leaders to standardise work output across the Performance disciplines
    • Daily updates of Budget Trackers

    Client Service

    • Day to Day management, relationship and financial health of the account needs to be managed.
    • Managing media brand expectations.
    • Day to day administration – meeting minutes, agendas and timing plans.
    • Deadline and Project management
    • Strategy guidance and input in order to drive the business objectives.
    • Attending status /other meetings with media brands.
    • Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by you and your team.
