    Shift Supervisor

    • As a Coal Processing Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient coal processing operations while meeting production and quality targets. You will supervise plant personnel, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily coal processing operations (crushing, screening, washing, blending)
    • Ensure production targets and product quality specifications are met
    • Enforce safety policies and conduct shift safety meetings
    • Lead, coach, and support plant operators and control room staff
    • Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime
    • Complete shift reports and communicate plant status during handovers

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 3+ years of coal or mineral processing experience. (basic coal preparation is a must)
    • Previous supervisory or lead operator experience preferred
    • Strong knowledge of coal processing equipment and plant systems
    • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and lead a team effectively
    • Willingness to work rotating shifts

    Sales Representative

    • The Sales representative will be responsible for selling products and services by finding leads, demonstrating offerings, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets and drive company growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting new prospects through methods like cold calling, referrals, and networking to generate sales leads
    • Product/Service Knowledge: Gaining thorough knowledge of the company's offerings to effectively educate customers on features, benefits, and how they solve problems

    • Knowledge of civil engineering where the focus is analyzing a building plan, and ensuring the stability, strength, and rigidity of buildings – will be an advantage

    Diesel Supervisor

    • As a Diesel Supervisor, you will be responsible for controlling the bulk diesel stock.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Checking the stock levels, re-ordering and receiving of all bulk stock
    • Responsible for all Data management
    • Checking data integrity
    • Collection and uploading of all data
    • Recording of all receipts and dispense slips
    • Responsible for reports (HSE, Incident, Consumption)
    • Responsible for training of personnel
    • Responsible for safety and good housekeeping at all storage and dispensing sites
    • Responsible for the maintenance of all fuel storage and dispensing equipment
    • Daily inspections of all nozzles and hoses
    • Responsible for the six-monthly calibration of all flow meters to meet statutory requirements
    • Responsible for the planning and implementation of a preventative maintenance schedule
    • Formulation of reports on SARS rebate reconciliation
    • Formulation of reports - consumption per financial period and production period
    • Maintenance of the offloading facility including Refuelling Slab, Teaspoon Drains and Sumps
    • Maintenance of the dispensing facility including Drip Trays
    • Reconcile the diesel stock and consumption on a daily basis
    • Implementing Spill Control
    • Prepare and submit delivery notes for all diesel delivered to the mine
    • Submit a recon for all diesel dispensed and all diesel stock at the mine
    • Submit a maintenance sheet for any maintenance carried out in the day
    • Submit an incident report for any spill or health and safety incidents in respect of diesel
    • SHE, Labour Complement and Working Hours
    • SARS - Reporting for SARS rebates - specific formats applicable and critical data required

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Previous experience as a Diesel Supervisor or Depot Manager

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Admitted Attorney with minimum 5-8 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
    • Proven litigation experience with strong courtroom skills.

    • Solid understanding of arbitration and ADR mechanisms.
    • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical depth Identifies risks, not just law.
    • Commercially aware and business understanding and acumen.
    • Strong organizational ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
    • Willingness to commit to long and demanding hours when necessary.
    • Ability to draft contracts, letters of intent, letters of demand, etc.
    • Attention to detail, low error tolerance and strong drafting discipline.
