    Compliance Officer- Pennisula

    Role Purpose

    • Ensure full compliance with food safety, quality, and legislative standards across warehousing and transport operations. Drive operational conformance, conduct audits, maintain HACCP and quality systems, and support continuous improvement to protect product integrity and customer safety.

    Key Duties

    • Implement and maintain food safety and quality standards (HACCP, SANS, ISO 22000, FSSC).
    • Conduct warehouse and transport compliance audits and report on findings.
    • Verify CCPs, OPRPs, temperature logs, shelf life, storage practices, and traceability records.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits.
    • Investigate incidents, customer complaints, and quality deviations; implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Maintain food safety documentation, policies, SOPs, and checklists.
    • Monitor structural, equipment, hygiene, and operational compliance across sites.
    • Provide training on food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and quality procedures.
    • Analyse data, identify trends, and compile monthly compliance reports for management.
    • Support continuous improvement with suppliers, warehousing, packaging, and transport teams.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Applied Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in food safety, quality assurance, or health & safety within FMCG/food manufacturing or distribution.
    • Strong knowledge of HACCP, SANS 10330, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and food safety legislation.
    • Experience conducting audits, managing CAPA, and maintaining quality systems.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office) with strong reporting and analytical skills.
    • Valid EB driver’s licence.
    • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

    X4 Temp Reconciliation Controller (SAP) 4 Months FTC

    Purpose of the Role

    • To control, action and monitor all the financial reconciliations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Reconciliation

    Prepare the monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all companies:

    • Co. 18 (Approximately 27 recons)
    • Co. 19 (Approximately 55 recons)
    • Co. 20 (Approximately 23 recons)
    • Co. 23 (Approximately 13 recons)
    • Co.24 (Approximately 23 recons)
    • Co. 26 (Approximately 25 recons)
    • Co. 27 (Approximately 13 recons)
    • Prepare the payroll vendor reconciliations.
    • Follow up and clear all reconciliation queries and variances.
    • Prepare the monthly consolidated bank recon/roll forward (SAP to bank statement).
    • Perform inter-company balancing checks during the month and at month end.
    • Perform the staff debtors’ reconciliation for certain business areas and follow up on outstanding documents/clearing.
    • Raise all month-end branch accruals and follow up with the regions.
    • Process all payroll related payments in SAP.
    • Process Lesotho border levy journals.
    • Prepare the McCain debtors reconciliation and liaise with the McCain creditors clerk to resolve queries

    Provide back up for the following treasury functions:

    • collating daily cash expectations (expected deposits, payments to be made) and calculating the net funding required which is then communicated to Rainbow.
    • preparing the daily cash management report for communication to the Finance team and management, and ensuring maintenance of a positive bank balance.
    • preparing journals relating to cash management.
    • creating Standard Bank business on line payments

    Internal Sales Administrator -Vereeniging

    Purpose of the Role

    • Reporting to the Territory ICE Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide professional internal sales, customer service and administrative support within the assigned territory. The role is responsible for managing the full Enquiry, Quotation and Order (EQO) process and serving as a key link between customers, Sales, Procurement, Stores, Dispatch, Finance and Operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately and timeously.
    • Preparing professional quotations and ensuring pricing, stock availability and delivery requirements are confirmed.
    • Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate customer records on CRM and ERP systems.
    • Following up on quotations, open orders, backorders and customer requests.
    • Providing professional customer service and support to both customers and external Sales Representatives.
    • Coordinating with Procurement, Stores, Dispatch, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

    • Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Internal Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales
    • Support, Order Processing or a similar commercial administration environment.
