    DevOps

    • Apply critical thinking, design thinking and problem solving skills in an agile team environment to solve technical problems (Front End, Back End OR Middleware) with high quality solutions
    • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including
    • Evaluate analysis, problem definition, business requirements, solution development & provide recommendations to enable the operational feasibility of solutions
    • Quickly produce well-organised, optimized, and documented source code to deliver technical solutions
    • Ensure designs & solutions support the technical organisation principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability & resilience
    • Apply general design patterns and paradigms to deliver technical solutions

    Education and experience required

    • 3 - 8 years + SAP ABAP - CRM & ECC development experience
    • Intermediate knowledge of SAP FI

    • BAdl & Customer Exits & Enhancement Points
    • Understanding of SAP ALV Grids & Screen Painter
    • Experience in SAP Tuning, Analysis, Debugging & SQL trace

    AML Special Investigations

    Job Summary

    • To take responsibility and to perform investigations to substantiate any money laundering concerns.

    Job Description

    Accountability:  Operational Support and Coordination

    • Manage investigations relating to Anti Money Laundering  by ensuring that the required SLA is achieved and take appropriate action to ensure that these timelines are met
    • Obtain all relevant evidence related to an investigation. Scrutinise / analyse this evidences and make meaningful observations / conclusions regarding the findings
    • Assess all findings in order to establish trends and escalate all issues of a significant nature to the TM Team Leader on a timely basis (as and when these occur) and through various meetings and reports (content presentation, accuracy, quality and completeness are important)
    • Ensure that each investigation is of high quality, accurate, value adding conclusion, for the relevant investigation by conducting quality assurance/review (where applicable) on closed and reported alerts
    • Evaluate and challenge information received from the local and in country teams with the objective of achieving continuous improvement in compliance
    • Make meaningful recommendations for the various types of investigations. This will include, but is not limited to system / people / process failures
    • Inform management of any suggestions or proposals to enhance investigative methodologies
    • Inform management immediately of any new trends which have been identified during investigations for further escalation to stakeholders

    Accountability: Reporting and Governance

    • Analyse ARO alerts in order to determine whether a suspicious and unusual transaction report should be submitted for reporting
    • Report and escalate all AML compliance risks and issues arising from businesses promptly and appropriately in accordance with Group and local legal and regulatory requirements
    • Inform management regarding AML compliance matters which may pose financial or reputational risks for the business
    • Respond promptly to information requests from the Regional MLRO, Country MLRO’s and  Financial Crime Units

    Accountability:  Stakeholder Management

    • Support the TM  Manager by ensuring the effective coordination of information on a continuous basis
    • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with in-country Financial Crime teams
    • Maintain professionalism in all verbal and written communication with stakeholders. The professionalism requirement also extends to personal appearance as well as adherence to acceptable business eth+ics

    VIP IT Support Engineer (6 Month Contract)

    Job Description

    • Since this role is the first line of defense for employees when technology has problems, it requires advanced operational knowledge of end user hardware, including laptops/PCs, smartphones, tablets and printers and IT accessories. It includes the network components such as switches and routers. The candidate must be able to setup an office or home office location.

    After the hardware, the next place problems might occur is the operating system, so candidates must have advanced knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android. Some of the common software tools used to manage systems are Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange. While every company has many different software applications, the most common by far are applications such as Outlook, Office and Teams, browsers, Cisco and Jabber.

    • Must be able to support all Cloud access and storage across a range of devices Must be able to support hardware and software network connectivity tools across LAN, Wi-Fi and LTE. This role must be familiar with common network components such as routers, firewalls, and gateways.
    • Candidates should also be familiar with network topology and practices such as subnetting, virtual networks/VLANs and quality of service (QoS).
    • Common network protocols that are used on the job include DNS, SSL, DHCP and TCP/IP.
    • Candidates should have foundational knowledge in network security including backend functions like firewall configuration and frontend functions like endpoint antivirus.
    • Candidate must have knowledge of VPN connectivity tools like Zscaler and Cisco.

    This role has strong ties to infrastructure, so candidates require familiarity with servers, storage, virtualization and network configuration.

    • ITIL foundational knowledge and experience in Service Now or Service First will be a great advantage.

Candidates must have a reliable car with insurance which they must be able to use for business travel. Must already have a cell phone contract.

    Must be able to work shifts weekly and highly flexible in terms of time and travel. The service is 24/7/365 within a rota system but candidate must be flexible to meet operational requirements.
