    Brand Manager: Diabetes

    The position

    • As a Brand Manager – Diabetes, your key responsibilities will be driving the implementation of strategies & product launch plans. Preparing annual sales & promotional budgets. Presenting product training to representatives & support staff. Also, keeping all documentation as required by the current procedures in place. Adherence to policies and procedures and development of self or others.
    • Strategic Development of marketing plans for Diabetes portfolio Market surveillance – monitor IMS, IQVIA & Impact RX data to assess trends, and changes and implement strategies appropriately. Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional strategies and material through co-travel with representatives
    • On-going working relationships with Sales Management to assess their needs and incorporate ideas where applicable. Develop working relationships with the medical department to align marketing and medical strategies
    • Regular communications with logistics and finance departments regarding product-related issues. HQ relations with relevant departments. Identify and establish contact with KOL’s relevant to the portfolio. Develop new KOL through CPDs
    • Promotes/assists with the implementation of NN way of management and the fundamentals by constantly understanding, implementing, and achieving these goals and by setting an example in terms of own behaviour.
    • In compliance with NN policies, NNWOM, and procedures. Treat the following as required Company Computers and Premises.
       

    Qualifications

    You have a relevant academic degree or a master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably a marketing or equivalent. You have a Pharmaceutical Product Management experience of a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role preferably in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. 

    You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and have a relevant business background. Having proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.

    • You have pharmaceutical sales experience, decision-making, and problem-solving skills and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to negotiate.
    • You have the ability to expand stakeholder relationships at all levels within your locality though continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • You are proactive and accountable with a clear drive for the delivery of your plan and making things happen. Able to balance multiple responsibilities, client deliverables, and internal obligations
    • You should also ideally demonstrate a willingness to collaborate with stakeholders, business development, and drive their personal development.

    Sales Representative Rare Diseases

    The position

    • In this position as Sales Representative you will be responsible for effective, ethical promotion of Novo Nordisk and its products according to the company’s internal procedures and legal regulation to reach the sales targets for the area and the whole company. In this role you will be covering WC/EC area, and you will be reporting to the Business Unit Head Rare Diseases.

     Essential responsibilities:

    • Achieve territory sales and market share objectives and analyse sales results and “visit call rate” in the area
    • Develop Territory Business Plan and implement it in the area according to the promotional strategy through specific activities addressed to the target group.
    • Fulfilled marketing communication objectives (product positioning, awareness, patient profile, etc).
    • Act and be recognized as a valuable partner of the doctors, providing them with continuous medical information update.
    • Participate in congresses, meetings, domestic and international exhibitions concerning Novo Nordisk activities and products.
    •  As Sales Representative you are an expert in area of sales and communication (wider range of selling and communication skills and application of those skills).

     

    Qualifications

    • To be effective in this role, it is required to have a university degree, excellent communication skills, as well as promotion and launch experience in RX products. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and have a business mindset

     Also, you will need to have:

    • Understanding of local pharmaceutical market
    • Min. 3 years of experience in sales activity

    Senior Clinical Research Associate

    The position

    • As a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in CDC-ZA you will be responsible for taking leadership of site management in the selection and initiation of sites as well as monitoring and closing activities of the appointed studies in compliance with local regulations, ICH - GCP, Novo Nordisk Procedures, and protocol requirements to ensure data quality and study subject protection.
    • Key responsibilities include monitoring Clinical Trial Projects at the site level, ensuring compliance with all trial-specific requirements, and coordinating end-of-trial activities including query resolution, site closure, and collection of documentation required for clinical trial reports. You will further be responsible for driving continuous improvement in projects.
    • You will demonstrate good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders (investigators and site coordinators) for the successful implementation of your main deliverables.
       

    Qualifications

    • You hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or another relevant field with experience in the clinical research area. You have a relevant experience of a minimum of 4 years of previous work experience within Clinical Research with at least 3-4 years of onsite monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA). You have excellent command over both written and spoken English.

    Other important skills to be successful in this position are: 

    • Proficient analytical skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and great communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Good planning and organizational skills, project management skills, and proven excellence in the conduct of clinical trial activities from monitoring to the management of multinational trials.
    • Demonstrating cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
    • Demonstrating agility in the ways of working, being self-motivated, being patient-centric, having a quality mindset as well as being result-oriented, and having good decision-making.
    • Computer skills (especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) are necessary.
