    Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

    Main purpose of position

    Currently we are looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator (12 month contract) in Cape Town, South Africa to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Procurement and Logistics Coordinator you will provide a procurement and logistic service to the relevant business unit through frequent reporting and ensuring that goods are delivered on time, within budget and compliant with procurement policies and within the expected quality requirement.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Follow the guidelines and prescribed structures as outlined by the operating system
    • Provide continuous input towards improvement and optimisation of the operating system
    • Highlight logistic risks identified during the structuring phase and timeously communicate to Line Manager
    • Facilitate visits to potential ports and obtain road risk assessment to site
    • Assist with the bid evaluation and recommendation process
    • Prepare contracts for relevant service/material suppliers
    • Ensure that signed contract is returned, shared on document management system and communicated to Project Team
    • Draft procurement policy and procedure for the respective countries
    • Prepare all purchase orders for procurement of assets including spare parts
    • Assist with the contracting of service agreements and supply accounts

    Qualifications And Competencies

    • Minimum: Diploma in Supply Chain Management
    • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
    • 2+ years’ experience in Procurement Operating System
    • Previous experience in Contract Management
    • Coordinate the implementation of local content and economic development commitments under procurement
    • Assist in the audit of the implementation of procurement policy and procedure
    • Organise day-to-day electronic filing in the document management system
    • Excellent knowledge in MS Office: Advanced Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint
    • Presentation and report writing skills
    • Excellent communication skills, customer and goal oriented

    Systems Analyst

    Main purpose of position

    Currently we are looking for a Systems Analyst in Cape Town, South Africa to be part of our global team working together towards our vision – Improving our future. As our Systems Analyst you support the Financial Systems Manager with maintainance of Dynamics 365, ERP roll-out, administers the production environment and supports governance of the Group’s financial systems, additionally ensures efficient interaction between process owners, super users and other stakeholders globally. The role shall ensure the maintenance of financial processes to reflect changes from ERP-implementation, and to utilize the platform to suggest and improve quality and efficiency in processes.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Support the Financial Systems Manager with maintenance of Dynamics 365
    • Participate in ERP roll-out projects, such as planning, localization, training, hyper care
    • Action efficient ERP Governance processes, including incident management, master data management, access management, testing etc
    • Support Process owners by deploying Master Data structures and ensuring knowledge transfer of the processes
    • Drive Quality in structures and setup
    • Support testing and training during implementation and during production upgrades
    • Conduct Business Analysis and Fit-Gap exercises to improve the processes
    • Assist in the Development and Maintenance of Group wide templates for D365
    • Ensure that the D365 processes are aligned with HQ policies as well as develop procedures

    Qualifications And Competencies

    • University or Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or Engineering
    • Preferably operational experience with Dynamics 365 or AX2012; herein strong knowledge of finance modules
    • Preferably experience in Project Accounting – D365
    • Advanced user of excel, power pivot and power queries
    • Interest in ERP systems management and improvements
    • Ability to consolidate data from several sources for presentation
    • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Fluent in English, written and orally
    • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and able to independently drive projects
    • Some travel is required in the position
