An opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Worker. Cleaner to ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.

Minimum Requirements

• Medically fit
• Reliable
• Work in a safe manner i.e. Ensure all safety requirements are adhered too
• Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Clean criminal record
• Must have own reliable transport to and from work
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
• Daily cleaning of offices by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces
• Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
• Notify building management of any repairs required
• Cleaning of entire premises
• Maintaining environment
• General housekeeping tasks
• Attend to and assist with minor repairs and maintenance when required

Job Advert Summary

An opportunity has arisen for Driver Ultra Heavy Vehicle to operate a motor vehicle, the gross vehicle mass or gross combination mass of which does not exceed 56 000 kg.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4, Grade 10 / NQF level 2
• Code EC PrDP – “D” if required to operate a DG vehicle
• Up to 3 years’ experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare vehicles for a trip

• Operate ultra heavy duty vehicles
• Perform vehicle inspection before and after the trip
• Handle documentation from dispatch to the customer and back to the Depot
• Takes full responsibility for the roadworthiness of the vehicle when leaving the Depot
• Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Account for all the goods that are being transported 
• All other reasonable instructions from Supervisor
• Safe driving record and clean criminal record
