    Manager: Sales

    Sales Performance

    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Develop, conceptualize, and present compelling sales proposals.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all sales channels, programming, and market trends.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • National Senior Certificate is essential
    • National Diploma Sales and/or  Marketing and/or Business Management

    Experience

    • 8 years in Sales and/or Marketing is essential
    • 3 years Management experience within Sales and/or Marketing is recommended
    • Drivers Licences is essential

    Multimedia Design Specialist

    Specific Tasks and Outcomes

    Design 

    • Managing multiple video/photographic/multimedia projects.
    • Meeting and liaising with various marketing teams to discuss briefs, requirements and project progress
    • Conceptualising and art direct high-impact visual campaigns from brief to final   execution.
    • Leading or collaborate on photography, animation, and motion design projects.
    • Executing award-standard designs for on-air promos, digital content, Out of Home (Billboards), and print.
    • Mentoring junior designers and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
    • Participating in brand identity evolution and high-profile campaign initiatives.
    • Keeping up to date with technological and software developments

    • The set integrated workflow in collaboration with the Group Head: Marketing & Communications Services is met and contributes to the overall group performance.

    • Clear demonstration of Return of Investments (ROI) on all campaigns that required multimedia design disciplines and initiatives.

    • Positive stakeholder feedback and measurable brand uplift from multimedia content produced.

    Budget Compliance

    • Meeting and complying with work practices, standards and methods and ensuring application of financial parameters.

    Requirements

    • A National Diploma in Graphic Design and/or Multimedia Design?
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similiar role
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in broadcast media - advantageous

    Promo Producer

    Specific Tasks and Outcomes

    Production

    • Conceptualising creative, innovative on-air and digital platform promos across channels and multi channels.
    • Communicating with the Creative Director to establish promo needs and create promos to match briefs.
    • Guiding and directing content promos that are aligned to key Marketing and business objectives.
    • Supplying audio, sound effects and grading of edits to create unification with pictures.
    • Logging material to select shots needed to make promotions.
    • Editing and cutting numerous promo ideas that can live across key Marketing platforms in line with brand requirements and specified templates.
    • Supervising and promoting the pre and post production audio and graphic sessions.
    • Providing written scripts in conjunction with the copywriter.
    • Creating graphic titles to visually emphasise or bolster the promo.
    • Working on ad hoc projects as and when required.

    Quality Assurance

    • Obtaining information, checking for accuracy and capturing data.
    • Ensuring the quality assurance standards and industry best practices are consistently applied to ensure all creative work is of the highest quality.
    • Maintaining the standards of all work undertaken, and the editing of video based promotional material.
