    Operator (Control Room) Security

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Review all live and recorded CCTV surveillance footage on an ongoing basis
    • Man the control room emergency response and radio base station
    • Initiate all emergency and security response to identified incidents
    • Completing and updating security logs
    • Completing incidents reports and follow up.
    • Communicating with external and internal emergency services
    • Assist to report all system defects and failures
    • Assist to review and audit surveillance and tier one recordings

    About you:

    • Grade 12
    • Security PSIRA Grade B will be advantageous
    • Computer literate for the role
    • 2 years related security experience
    • Experience in the control room/surveillance environment will be an added advantage

    Artisan (Millwright)TMM - C3

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Maintaining and adhering to the Mine Health and Safety Act.

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Artisan (Coordinator and Senior artisan) for operational and functional duties.

    • Will perform breakdowns and planned maintenance of Nkangala Bolters and all Drill Rigs (Sandvik DD210L and Exera XLP 126,GST SQD).
    • Analyzing, reading, and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics on TMM.
    • Maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical drilling equipment.
    • Good knowledge and experience of underground trackless mobile machinery.
    • Accurate and timeous completion of assignments (result driven)
    • To ensure that all SAP PM and MM requirements are met for the underground engineering section on a rotational basis.

    Artisan (Millwright)

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Ensuring that the required plant availability and reliability is achieved in area of responsibility.
    • Pro-active planned maintenance and equipment services are conducted.
    • Effective fault-finding and repair maintenance in response to production requirements
    • Performing standby duties and respond to breakdowns after hours.
    • Compliance to health, safety, environment, community standards and legislative requirements.

    About you:

    • Grade 12
    • N3 Certificate (including relevant trade theory)
    • Trade Certificate (Millwright)
    • 3 Years post-trade experience as an Artisan (Millwright) in heavy Industrial Plant/Smelter environment.
    • Must have LV/MV switching experience and experience on variable speed drives.
    • Knowledge and experience in instrumentation will be an advantage.
    • A wireman’s license (Installation electrician – IE) is advantageous.
    • Good communication skills and proficiency in electronic productivity tools (tablet, computer, etc)
    • Medically fit, valid driver’s license and own motor vehicle

    Artisan (Instrumentation Technician)

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Plan and execute maintenance activities;
    • Attending breakdowns and standby duties;
    • Monitoring and installation of instrumentation and control systems to support the operational needs of the plant
    • Maintain Service of SCADA, computers and PLC hardware
    • Provide a instrumentation service to Production, Electrical and Mechanical stakeholders;
    • Minimize breakdowns and assist with RCFA;
    • Support the IT function as required
    • Maintain housekeeping, environmental and safety standards according to company requirements
    • Implementing optimisation and new capital projects
    • Performing all work according to procedural requirements.

    About you:

    • Grade 12 Technical / N3 or related NQF level 4 qualification
    • Instrumentation Trade test certificate / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
    • Minimum 3 years’ field Instrumentation experience
    • Minimum 3 years PLC programming experience i.e. Siemens PCS7;
    • Experience on a Sinter Furnace or similar environment will be an advantage
    • Ability to interpret data, or analysis for reliability RCFA;
    • Experience in Instrumentation, Simatic PCS7 systems, WinCC SCADA and Industrial Network (Ethernet, Profibus & Profinet)
    • Computer literate for the role including MS Office and SAP PM
    • Good knowledge of the HSECQ systems

    Analyst (Lab)

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Conduct chemical routine analysis for samples and non – routine samples submitted to the Laboratory according to written work instructions and procedures.
    • Ensuring preparation and processing of samples is conducted according to the specified standards
    • Responsible for general day-to-day tasks on the analytical process in the Laboratory
    • Record keeping and reporting of results
    • Adhere to all HSEC and SANAS 17025 requirements

    About you:

    • Grade 12 with mathematics & Science
    • National diploma in analytical chemistry (or equivalent) will be advantageous
    • Knowledge of HSEC systems
    • Computer Literate including SAP, LIMS, MES and MS Office experience
    • SANAS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and Analytical experience
    • 2 years minimum experience in a ferro chrome laboratory environment
    • Experience in operation of XRF, ICP & Leco instruments
    • Medically fit to work in a laboratory environment
