    Solution Architect

    Qualifications / Certifications required:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
    • Certified Senior Manager (CSM) or similar senior management certifications
    • Specialized certifications in cloud computing, data analytics, or enterprise architecture

    Experience required:

    • Minimum of 8-10 years in solution design or a similar role
    • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex technical solutions
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
    • Strong background in software development methodologies and lifecycle
    • Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise architecture  

    Responsibilities of role:

    • Lead the design and communication of solution vision through integrated architecture.

    Data Science Engineering Manager

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data. 
    • Optimize data workflows and machine learning systems to ensure efficiency and reliability. 
    • Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights. 
    • Contribute on AI projects using RAG and LLM. 
    • Perform exploratory data analysis and contribute to the creation of predictive and prescriptive analytics. 
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

    • Strong experience with big data tools and frameworks (e.g., Spark, Databricks) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

    • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. 
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps principles. 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

    Preferred Skills: 

    • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., NLP, computer vision). 
    • Experience in software development practices and version control systems (e.g., Git). 
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

    SATIC: Sage Intact Finance System Implementation Consultant

    Qualifications / Certifications required: 

    • Accounting qualification, or qualified by experience 
    • Certification in Sage Intacct is preferred, else the candidate should have sufficient experience in configuring Finance applications (e.g. Sage Intacct, Sage 200, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc.) 

    Experience required: 

    • At least 3 years’ experience in ERP delivery – in configuring Finance applications (e.g. Sage Intacct, Sage 200, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc) 
    • Thorough understanding and experience of working with Finance teams to deliver finance system projects

    Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Incidence Response

    Main purpose of the role

    • Oversee and manage the response to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring rapid containment, investigation, and remediation.
    • Design and implement incident response strategies, including plans, playbooks, and processes tailored to client needs.
    • Provide expert guidance to clients on cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and threat mitigation.
    • Manage high-pressure situations, ensuring effective communication and decision-making during security events.
    • Lead, mentor, and support incident response teams to ensure effective execution of response efforts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and strategic advice.
    • Conduct detailed post-incident reviews, identifying lessons learned and recommending improvements to security posture.
    • Ensure that clients’ incident response practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

    Skills and Experience

    • 8+ Years in Cybersecurity with extensive experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response.
    • Advanced knowledge in managing and leading incident response efforts (including detection, containment, and remediation)
    • Experience working in a consulting capacity, offering strategic advice to clients.
    • Ability to assess and manage cybersecurity risks.
    • Exposure to various industries and understanding of diverse cybersecurity threats.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (PoPIA, GDPR).
    • Experience in handling internal and external communication during a security incident.
    • Skilled in providing actionable insights and recommendations post-incident.
    • Advanced Knowledge of Security Tools such as SIEM, EDR, and other security monitoring tools.
    • Digital Forensics expertise including experience in collecting and analysing digital evidence
    • Experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.

    Qualifications

    • B.Tech, BSc Computer Science, Bcom IT or other relevant qualifications.
    • Industry recognised certifications

    Experience

    • 8+ Years in Cybersecurity.
    • Proven management team leadership and mentorship Experience; and
    • Proven consulting experience.
