    Senior Site Agent | Building Construction

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent to join its Cape Town team on a permanent basis. This opportunity is suited to a results-driven construction professional with extensive experience managing large-scale building projects from inception through to successful completion.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the successful delivery of large and complex building construction projects.
    • Manage all site operations, ensuring programme, quality, cost, and safety objectives are achieved.
    • Oversee contract administration and ensure contractual obligations are met.

    • A well-established consulting engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Fire Engineer to join its Building Services division in Durbanville. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer with experience in fire engineering design within a consulting environment, working on a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial developments.

    Key Responsibilities
