Key Responsibilities

• Assistance with grooming product on the ecommerce site, preparing product descriptions for up to 3000 products per month. 
• Additional assistance for product flatlay shoots. The content is used across social media, emails, and ecommerce. 
• Traffic coordinating assistance with jobs being briefed into the studio to ensure smooth workflow of work to meet required deadlines. 
• Assistance with the window design builds during seasonal builds. 
• Assistance with gift card requisitions for influencers and competitions. 
• Assistance with content uploads to scheduling tool for social media.

Qualifications and Experience

• Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment. 
• High level of organization and attention to detail. 
• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts. 
• Excellent time management skills. 
• Strong interpersonal and social abilities. 
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills. 

Qualifications required: 

• Matric 
• Marketing Diploma or Degree

Key Responsibilities

• Systems, processes and general administration: Timeously prepare samples for meetings Maintain an efficient filing system 
• Ensure consistent approach to admin within the department 
• Make suggestions for improvements Sample control: Ensure samples are provided to the relevant parties timeously (Supplier, Buyer, and Quality Assurance) Maintain fit rails Co-ordinate the movement of samples between departments Maintain an organised archive area

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
