    Merchandise Coordinator - Johannesburg

    Job purpose

    • The purpose of the Merchandise Coordinator is to synchronize and support the various Merchandising activities/projects which will enable the Merchandise team to achieve set deliverables

    Job Objectives and Functions
    Merchandise Reporting  

    • Responsible for downloading required data on the relevant platform, review and consolidate data, and create report based on requirements.
    • Timeously and accurately update existing reports on as per requirements.
    • Regularly build and update existing templates/reports and circulate updates to the team.

    Administrative Duties

    • End-to-end coordination of Merchandising projects with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Accountable for regularly engaging with the Merchandising team and consolidate, review and circulate information/data.
    • Regularly engage with relevant stakeholders on management of clearance stock between Barron and joint ventures/job lotters.
    • Address queries/concerns raised between Barron and joint venture company (i.e.Corp Clear)
    • Draft and circulate team meeting minutes which outline agreed upon deliverables and deadlines.
    • Build, track and update progress of Merchandising projects and escalate and communicate any risks to the Planning Manager.
    • Consolidate information across the division
    • Take initiative to streamline admin duties and meet deadlines

    Product Pricing

    • Responsible for updating product/ customer pricing, as and when required.
    • Work with the Product Data Administrator & other relevant stakeholders in creating BOM & product codes for each item.
    • Branding and alterations loading

    Job Requirements
    Qualifications and Experience

    • NQF 6 Supply Chain/Logistics Management 
    • NQF 7 Supply Chain/Logistics Management 
    • 2-3 years' Merchandise Coordinator/ Data Administrator/BI Analytics 
    • 2-3 years' Experience in Retail/Wholesale Industry

    Relationship Consultant - Durban

    Job purpose

    • The purpose of the Relationship Consultant is to coordinate the sales process with customers across different segments by capturing orders, liaising with the warehouse and production around stock and branding, sending out and following up on marketing campaigns and to assist with other requests such as indent orders and alterations

    Job objectives
    Capturing sales orders

    • Receive request from customers and capture order on the system accordingly or assist customers with placing the orders on line
    • Liaise with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and revert back to the client if required
    • Complete the branding check list if it is a branding order and capture order correctly
    • Resolving customer queries

    Sales campaigns

    • Distribute sales campaigns to customer based and follow up with customers by doing a call campaign
    • Discuss cross selling and upselling opportunities with the client and capture accordingly

    Indent orders

    • Complete indent order checklist if customer requires customized product, and submit to sourcing to confirm viability of indent order
    • Provide feedback to the customer on the outcome

    Alterations

    • Coordinate alterations process if required

    Job requirements
    Qualifications and experience

    • NQF 4 Matric or equivalent
    • NQF 5 Sales Course
    • 2 Years’ Sales/ Sales Admin
