Requirements    

• Degree: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Statistics/BSc in Mathematics and Statistics
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Intermediate)

Duties and Responsibilities    

Market Research & Data Collection

• Conducts primary and secondary research to gather data on market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments
• Compiles and maintains databases of relevant market information
• Engages with external research agencies where required 

Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Analyses statistical data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
• Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings to management
•  Assists in the interpretation of research findings to support decision-making 

Sales Forecasting & Business Insights

• Assists in sales forecasting by analysing historical data and market trends
• Provides insights on customer preferences and competitive positioning

Product & Brand Development Support

• Supports the marketing team in assessing product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Contributes to concept testing and product feasibility studies

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborates with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
•  Provides data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives

Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Maintains research documentation and ensures data accuracy
• Prepares detailed reports and dashboards for management review

• The Plant Engineer is to ensure that the Maintenance Department is well equiped to deliver an effective and innovative engineering service to production and ensures continuous improvement and minimal downtime.

Requirements    

• Relevant Engineering Degree.
• GCC (Government Certificate of Competency).
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Minimum of 5 years’ people management experience.
• Relevant work experience within a similar environment applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at a high level.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be prepared to go the extra mile (additional hours included).

Duties and Responsibilities    
Operations

• Manage the total Engineering function at the branch.
• Ensure that PPSST's are effectively managed (Maintenance, Mechanical & Process Control functions & SHE).
• Organize, develop and complete execution of the normal and major maintenance.
• Develop the Engineering discipline according to Production's strategies and PPSST's. 
• Ensure the optimal functioning of the modification control process and HAZOP studies. 
• Improve and optimize plant productivity.
• Ensure all plant equipment is operating at safe standards on the site. (GMR2) 
• Manage SHE function for the entire site. 
• Manage the site clinic.

People Management

• Establish a can-do culture amongst your team members whilst supporting the operations on the plant. 
• Set performance targets and manage performance of employee reporting directly to you.
• Develop team strength (competencies) and ensure adequate succession planning.
• Manage and build the various reporting functions.
• Train and act as coach for the Engineering department.
• Acts as master coach for the Clover Way Better teams.

Cost Management

• Manage fixed costs, capital and maintenance expenditure within departmental budget.
• Manage total energy and services bill with the intention of improving efficiencies.
• Implement predictive maintenance principles with the aim to improve efficiency.

Project management

• Oversee major maintenance projects.
• Assist with the development of technical standards (design; applications; drawings; specifications; process control and new technology).

• The Reconciliation Clerk is required to reconcile all driver documentation and deposits received at the close of business and ensure the accurate capturing of that data in to the Clover ERM.

Requirements    

• Matric.
• 2 -3 Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
• Business English: Fluent 
• Computer literacy (Advanced)  
• Availability to Work shifts/weekends/public holidays.

• Reconcile documentation and capture results 
• Reconcile Driver delivery documentation.
• Reconcile agent generated documents.
• Check and control reconciled invoices.
• Follow up on queries and action accordingly.
• Ensure allocated Driver reconciliations are captured.
• Report on deviations timeosly.
