MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• The HSE Graduate is responsible for guiding management regarding HSE processes and requirements to ensure legal compliance per legislation and the application of the Group’s HSE policy and procedures.
• The main missions will be to gain development and learning on the following:
• Conduct internal HSE measurements, inspections, and audits to analyse the site’s risks and bring solutions to improve the working conditions; the level of industrial safety; and respect for the environment.
• Propose and annual HSE action plan to the Site Management.
• Coach and support the plant management and deploy in HSE practices and requirements.
• Participate in Faurecia’s HSE network and deploy all HSE Standards within the organization.
• Monitor and ensure implementation of legal compliance and manage the site’s relations with local government and regulatory organizations.
• Monitor the reporting of HSE indicators (e.g. FR0t (Lost Time Injuries), environmental data).
• Organise and drive HSE audits and trainings.
• Perform accident/incident investigations.
• Contribute to ergonomics improvement programmes by participating in workstation assessments, ergonomic risk evaluations, and the implementation of actions aimed at reducing musculoskeletal injury risks and improving employee wellbeing.
• Support machine safety initiatives through participation in machine risk assessments, safeguarding reviews, lockout/tagout (LOTO) programme deployment, and verification of compliance with machine safety standards and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal graduate will have/be: 

• NDiploma/B- Tech / BEng in Industrial Engineering or Health, Safety & Environment.
• Knowledge and experience in auomotive environment.
• Knowledge of HSE tools and methods: 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Knowledge of legal requirements.
• Competency in MS Office: (Excel & Word).
• Eligible for Y.E.S Youth Program.

To establish and improve work standards and process flows.

The main missions of the role are to: 

• Experience in setting up standards and implementing the required performance measures.
• Maintain site layouts, operational warehouse layouts to remain current and updated with all new changes to ensure sound work practices.

• To support FES Deployment in Production.

• 3 year National Diploma or BEng Tech in Industrial Engineering
• Computer literacy at Intermediate level essential

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• The role of a Warehouse Manager is the provision of materials and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services (inbound and outbound); and managing warehouse personnel. 

The main missions of the role are:

• Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Manage day to day (inbound and outbound) activities, anticipate customer requirements and maintain good relationships.  
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Comply with group warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions (Ensure that 13 Mandatory rules are being adhered to; Ensure that 13 HRLG are implemented and adhered to; Manage teams in line with OHP guidelines; Ensure that 7 Inventory basics are implemented and adhered to; Ensure that 7 delivery basics are implemented and adhered to, ICB Standards and FCB standards)
• Safeguard warehouse operations, physical assets, information, systems, and records by establishing, implementing, and monitoring appropriate physical and information security procedures and controls.
• Ensure confidential business, customer, supplier, employee, inventory, and logistics information is protected against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
• Identify information security risks, enforce applicable controls, and respond appropriately to suspected incidents or breaches.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieve financial objectives by assisting in preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accountable for implementing and monitoring information security controls within the warehouse function, including appropriate system access, secure handling and disposal of records, protection of confidential operational information, and compliance by employees, contractors, and service providers. Ensure access rights are reviewed when employees join, transfer, or leave the function, and escalate all actual or suspected information security incidents without delay.
• Actively participate in ongoing security-related training and development programs and audits.
  Uphold and implement industry best practices in information security to safeguard organizational assets

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:  BDegree / Diploma in Planning and Logistics / Inventory & Stores Management

Experience:

• 3-5 years Supervision & management experience in logistics in an industrial environment
• Experience in various audits (including information security, systems and health and safety related audits) 

Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of production planning, material and warehousing
• Able to build sound relationships with customers
• Computer skills – above average ability
• SAP knowledge
• Sound understanding of information security, data confidentiality, system access controls, and secure information-handling practices within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Information and cybersecurity compliance

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• The Finance Graduate will be responsible for various support activities in the Finance Shared Service Centre.

The main missions will be as follows:

• Indexing of supplier invoices in the SAP system.
• Responding to supplier enquiries on payment of invoices and general queries.
• Reconciliation of all creditors statements.
• Processing of supplier invoices in SAP.
• Other tasks as may be required operationally.

Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal graduate will have/be: 

• Minimum a BCOM degree in Financial Accounting
• An academic record maintaining an overall 70% pass mark.
• Strong analytical and problem solving-skills. 
• Strong customer satisfaction orientation.
