    Area Human Resources Manager

    Job Description
    As Area HR , you are responsible for supporting Sales & Profit by setting and implementing an HR strategy to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with your Area goals and Country HR focuses. You support the Area to have Great Teams by ensuring the global employee strategy is in place.

    You make sure that your Area actively works with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership. You ensure we offer all employees fair and attractive working conditions and that all employee relations responsibilities, legal requirements and H&M policies are fulfilled to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

    Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

    • You monitor and analyze your Area’s future needs, including staff rotation and expansion for all Store positions. You take action and follow up to ensure the Area’s needs are consistently met
    • You implement, facilitate and follow up quality recruitment processes
    • Together with the Area Team, you support and ensure Store Managers work with structured performance management for all employees in the Stores
    • Together with the Area Manager, you ensure all employees in your Area receive an annual performance appraisal, feedback on their performance and a clear development plan or action plan on how to make improvements
    • You ensure working conditions comply with local legislations and H&M standards
    • You analyze HR KPIs and initiate actions to ensure a fair working environment

    Qualifications

    Facilities Manager

    Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

    • Maintain and provide input on the 3-year planning for rebuilding / refits
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance at all locations
    • Develop and implements tools for budget setting, analyzing and follow-up.
    • Establish appropriate asset and warranty management in the fields of high amount investments (HVAC, vertical transport).
    • Work and develop your local guidelines for maintenance, repairs, cleaning and energy usage to ensure long term sustainable solutions
    • Ensure & plan succession for facility department
    • Liaising with external contractors and H&M’s construction department, Area Offices and stores.

    Qualifications

    • 3 years experience in facility management, preferably in retail sector
    • Experience on plan, organise and follow up the facility works.
    • Detail knowledge on building techniques (air conditioning, security equipment, electricity, law regulation).
    • General computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Valid driver’s licence.
    • Flexible
