    Junior Chartered Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintaining the general ledger
    • Group revenue calculation and journals
    • Posting of monthly journals (Add hoc and standard monthly journals)
    • Year end audit responsibilities i.e. liaising with auditors and assisting with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements
    • Experience in drafting Group and Company AFS
    • Advising on appropriate accounting treatment of complex transaction
    • Preparation of managements accounts and group consolidation
    • Balance sheet reconciliations
    • Review of Bank Recons
    • Maintain/Reviewing the fixed assets register
    • Maintaining and updating loan amortisations schedules
    • Detailed monthly tax calculations (Income Tax and Deferred Tax)
    • Performing balance sheet recons/monthly review of balance sheet
    • Reviewing monthly VAT returns
    • Supporting Head of Finance and Finance Exec with add hoc projects

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content production

    • As a key resource in the content team, you will produce compelling, impactful copy across our brands and platforms.
    • You will conceptualise and produce content, ensuring all copy aligns with brand guidelines and industry standards.
    • You will have an acute visual imagination and be able to conceptualise how campaigns may be represented by the design team.
    • You will be adept at every kind of content production, from social media posts, banner copy, web content, and display ads, to Google Ads, scripts, and more.
    • You will report to the head of content, who will provide you with project specifications and deadlines.

    People Operations Administrator

    Task and Responsibilities to expect in the role:

    • Managing the People Team queries inbox and resolving queries.
    • Preparing contracts and letters for internal moves.
    • Maintaining employee files.
    • Capturing employee information onto our HRIS, including new joiners and all internal movers.
    • Onboarding and offboarding administration.
    • Be the point of contact with various service providers for employee benefits.
    • Support People Operations annual processes and other ad hoc People projects.

    Requirements we would like you to meet:

    • Minimum qualification National Diploma or equivalent in Organisational Psychology or Human Resources.
    • Post graduate qualification (advantageous).
    • 1 -2 years’ experience in the People environment.
