    Senior Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Specialist

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Facilitates all related technical information and applicable documentation for licensing of products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regulatory issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, regulations, and guidelines.
    • Coordinate internal quality audits.
    • Assist in developing a plan and implementation of a Quality Management System.
    • Work closely with the Quality Management team for all Quality-related matters including complaints procedures.
    • Provide support to the sales team and supply chain management for tenders and customer requests.
    • Lead or support RAQA projects and assignments as required.

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
    • Minimum of 4 – 6 years of regulatory affairs experience.
    • Good Knowledge of QA and RA requirements, compliance regulations and industry practices.
    • Motivated, proactive, dynamic, methodical, organised, and decisive.

    Commercial Director

    The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Provide strategic commercial direction to achieve company performance objectives.
    • Responsible for the profitable development of the business through maximizing the potential sales and profit growth and enhancing market accessibility across the assigned region.
    • Manage a team of professionals providing guidance and development opportunities.
    • Build and maintain good working relationship with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Conduct market analysis and research about competitors, customers, and business opportunities.

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
    • Extensive experience in building and maintaining relationships and strategic partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.

    Country Manager

    Key aspects of the role include:

    • Design and implement a strategic plan, ensuring the company’s objectives are met.

    • Leads the entire commercial activities.
    • Holds P&L responsibility.
    • Assess and identify potential market growth opportunities.

    To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Only Candidates currently based in South Africa will be considered.
    • Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
    • At least 3+ years of P&L management experience.
    • Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
    • Strong communication, entrepreneurship, and people management skills.
