The Perishable Development Manager will be responsible for Organizes and monitors perishable sales and operations activity. Implements and communicates sales strategy achieves revenue plan. The Perishable Development Manager reports to the country Air Logistics BU manager.
Your Responsibilities

• Consolidates, verifies and communicates the market intelligence to planning team
• Communicates sales plan to national management and subordinates
• Identifies potential customers and allocates them to subordinates.
• Identifies special sales training needs and involves sales trainer
• Educates subordinates in district strategies and initiatives
• Provides guidance to subordinates in account planning
• Reviews and approves KN offers
• Ensures that multiple solutions are developed and the right one is selected and proposed to the customer. Effectively work with and lead the team to sign new business.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or relevant NQF related qualification is essential
• College or University degree in Management / Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience: 4 years + as a Perishable specialist in the market.
• English, written and spoken fluently
• Strong leadership, negotiating and communication skills
• Computer skills/office
• IT knowledge
• Business awareness; Excellent Project management
