    • The Growth Manager is responsible for acquiring new users through paid marketing campaigns for PayJoy’s Credit Line / Card and Phone Finance businesses, by working on growth across several countries, and spanning mobile apps, online-to-offline, and e-commerce channels. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, execute and iterate campaigns including media buying and campaign optimisation across channels (social media, affiliate, influencer, SEO/SEM, etc)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, communication, Advertising, Business, Engineering or similar.
    • Minimum experience of 5+ years of proven results in B2C performance marketing, ideally with hands-on campaign management and test design in Fintech, E-commerce and/or Retail.  
    • Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, and marketing measurement frameworksExperience working in cross-functional environments with product, analytics, and creative stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to develop and execute on experimentation roadmap 
    • Strong technical knowledge of digital marketing combined with an instinct for ad formats and creatives that convert are essential. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar BI platforms.

    Merchant Operations Analyst

    This role

    • The Technical Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring PayJoy locks are maintained and accounted for, reducing financial losses; including assisting with post-sale technical issues as well as operational administrative tasks, in order to Identify and gather information needed for system/process improvements.

    • Troubleshoot and answer questions technical issues by diagnosing and troubleshoot technical problems that customer experience encounter with products or services.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in financial technology services,  testing mobile or web applications.
    • Strong technical knowledge SQL Query,  Testing Mobile or Web applications, support tools such as ticketing systems, communication platforms, and knowledge management systems (e.g., JIRA, Slack, Confluence, Zendesk) with  basic understanding of API fundamentals; but, should be  able to adapt to changing customer needs and technologies, and be willing to learn new skills.

    Merchant Operations Representative

    This role

    • The Merchant Operations Representative is responsible for running and maintaining processes linked with our commercial team and merchants, providing administrative support, guarantees the effective admin/merchant/clerk (partners) onboarding process, identifying potential risks in current processes, and providing insights to stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle partners’ queries, support requests, and operational coordination. Act as a subject matter expert regarding specific issues and concerns raised by the partners. 
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Manage merchant/partner onboarding, including merchants' documentation in order and filed to facilitate the search when needed (official letters, complaints, etc.), data entry, and record-keeping.

    • Document and escalate issues they encounter with the merchant console and escalate complex issues to higher-level support personnel.
    • Oversee store-related tasks, including creation, closure, and clerk management. 
    • Own the partner communication channel and NPS, by chats, Whatsapp and social networks.
    • Provide a weekly report (during a meeting or through a template) and recommendations for better merchant experience for the related managers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or a related field.
    • More than 1 year of experience in support and/or account management in sectors such as telecommunications, retail, and/or finance.
    • Self-orientation, drive, and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to customers.
    • Strong technology skills (MS Office, CRMs, SQL, Google Suite or Office, especially Excel, etc.) and ZOHO, Zendesk, and other CRM systems

    Sales Representative

    This role

    • The sales representative will be responsible for the overseeing of each speciality sales deployment falling within their designated geography. Once the sales deployment is completed, the sales representative will ensure marketing elements and required tools are provided and displayed in a manner that fits the required standards to not only drive the required sales, but also service customers to the required levels.     • Achieve compliance with the assigned monthly sales and deployment activation goal in the area under your responsibility, increasing productivity, market share and generating new opportunities not necessarily related to the point of sale.
    • Develop the relationship with merchants to keep the account of existing members healthy/stable, responding to requests and solving problems in the conversion to final customer with the PayJoy platform.
    • Visit deployment touch points to train sales teams, promote marketing materials, and activate incentive campaigns.
    • Generate strategies to increase sales in the assigned area, including market and competition analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities.
    • Identify and contact new business partners, ensuring they meet the requirements and activating them once authorized.
    • Keep the customer database updated and record all interactions and sales made. Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.

    Requirements

    • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
    • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices or Field, in the telecommunications industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships and train business partner personnel.
    • Orientation to results, so proactivity, organization, perseverance and resilience are essential attributes.
    • To ensure success, you need to have strong analytical and negotiation skills as you will be in charge of store performance and sales.
