    Triton Express: Senior Accountant (Durban)

    • The position of Senior Accountant has become available at Triton Express in Durban.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Processing of accounting transactions and journals
    • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
    • Ensure timeous posting of all information to the general ledger, so as to comply with reporting deadlines
    • Review of the monthly accounts for validity, accuracy and completeness of all transactions and ensure that they are posted to the correct accounts

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High level of proficiency as a user of software / accounting packages (preferably SAGE X3)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Sales & Customer Service

    • Proactively engage with prospective customers via showroom floor, online leads, telephonic inquiries, and referrals.
    • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and value-added products (warranties, service plans, finance options).
    • Negotiate trade-in values and finalise sales deals in line with dealership policies.

    Administration & Compliance

    Vehicle Preparation & Merchandising

    • Ensure all vehicles on display are clean, well-presented, and correctly priced.
    • Assist with vehicle photos and descriptions for online marketing.
    • Monitor the condition of used stock and report any issues to management.

    Targets & Performance

    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets.
    • Contribute to dealership CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets through professional service.
    • Track personal performance and proactively seek improvement opportunities.

    REQURIEMENTS:

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
    • Previous experience as a sales executive in a dealership environment (used vehicles preferred).
    • Valid South African driver’s license.

    Triton Express: Cross Border Driver 5T/8T (Gauteng)

    The position of Cross Border Driver has become available at Triton Express in Johannesburg.

    • Distributing and collecting of client’s cargo
    • Assisting with loading and offloading of cargo from the vehicle
