    EPM Manager

    As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Participate in Finance Transformation programs, specifically the Performance Excellence projects where you will be expected to assist the Solution Architect design and implement EPM solutions including Group Consolidation, month end close, statutory and / or regulatory reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting.
    • Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients
    • Manage and deliver small – medium projects or manage complex work streams within large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
    • Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
    • Train, coach, and supervise team members
    • Be involved in the financial management of clients
    • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
    • Continue to develop internal relationships and developing your PwC brand
    • SAP knowledge will be beneficial JOB PROFILE Core Competencies:
    • Enterprise Performance Management experience either through consulting experience or as an end user supporting the Group Consolidation, Month End Close, Statutory and / or Regulatory Reporting, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting processes
    • Analytical and Reporting experience using any number of visualisation tools (SAP SAC, PowerBI, QulickView, Tableau etc)
    • Data analysis and reconciliation expertise
    • Good understanding of financial processes to assist clients in understanding what a good process looks like

    Experience:

    • 5+ years experience working with EPM solutions with a business focus.
    • 3+ years of experience with one (or all) of the following Onestream, Hyperion, or Adaptive would be beneficial

    Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

    The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

    The D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant will:

    Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas:

    • Finance
    • Projects
    • Procurement
    • Inventory
    • Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
    • Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables
    • Support the delivery team during design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables
    • Support the delivery team to comprehend business problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration
    • Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
    • Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation
    • Involvement in pre-sales activities, delivery of estimation and client presentations.

    Requirements

    • Educated to Degree level, Masters preferred.
    • Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 certifications (Supply Chain)
    • Between 5 to 8 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm
    • Exposure to presales activities would be an added value
    • Prepared to travel on frequent basis
    • Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen
    • Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset
    • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
