    Service Reliability Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Service Reliability Manager to take ownership of our non-production environments—including Development, Staging, and Performance. This role is critical to ensuring that our engineering and QA teams have stable, reliable, and production-representative environments to support continuous integration, testing, and delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and maintain the health, stability, and configuration of all non-production environments.
    • Coordinate environment refreshes, data resets, and configuration updates in alignment with development and release cycles.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for environment-related issues, outages, and requests.
    • Plan and manage the provisioning and decommissioning of environments as needed.
    • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure environments mirror production where appropriate.
    • Monitor environment usage, capacity, and performance; proactively address bottlenecks or inconsistencies.
    • Maintain documentation of environment configurations, access controls, and dependencies.
    • Enforce environment governance, including naming conventions, versioning, and deployment standards.
    • Support environment access management and coordinate environment availability for testing and development teams.
    • Drive automation and standardization across environment provisioning and configuration where feasible.
    • Participate in release planning to align environment availability with delivery timelines.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years experience in environment management, DevOps, or infrastructure operations.
    • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
    • Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
    • Exceptional communication and coordination skills across technical teams.
    • Understanding of software development and release lifecycles.
    • Experience with test data management is a plus.

    Senior Software Engineer

    Job Description

    • The Senior Software Engineer will deliver our Development strategy through having ownership of the systems architecture and development, following the departments methodology, and drive outstanding results across all engines, following company and department objectives and priorities.
    • In this role you will work with a team of highly skilled people, all with opinions about various technologies, frameworks and approaches to delivery. You will be able to articulate your ideas to your colleagues effectively and will take on board the ideas of others. You will thrive when faced with new challenges and will constantly look to improve Spacebar Media’s work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Working in an agile environment cooperating with Product Managers and business stakeholders to design, develop and build products that would remove some of the legacy dependency;
    • Establishment and maintenance of technology resources to support all operational functions;
    • Anticipate requirements, and build software in a flexible, scalable way;
    • Communicate issues, risks and dependencies with line managers, escalating where appropriate;
    • Write software following OOP best practices;
    • Write software following the Design Patterns that best fit for a problem given;
    • Write software following the SOLID principles;
    • Write software following the DRY principle;
    • Write Unit tests following TDD;
    • Write Integration tests following BDD;
    • Take responsibility for your own task from conception to completion;
    • Apply best engineering practices with other team members, and maintain code quality across applications;
    • Under the guidance of the Technical Lead, take ownership of the system;
    • Ensuring the compliance of responsible gaming protocols;

    Qualifications

    • At least 4 years React/TypeScript Frontend Development, integrating with restful API’s
    • Knowledge of Material UI, responsive layouts using CSS grid and Tailwind CSS highly advantageous
    • Full stack experience and expertise
    • Strong .NET, C# experience building Restful APIs
    • Knowledge or experience with front-end automated testing tools advantageous
    • Experience with MS SQL database development (queries, stored procedures, jobs, admin);
    • Experience applying SOLID design principles and ability to write unit and integration tests;
    • Excellent background on Agile methodologies (Scrum, eXtreme Programing, Kanban, Lean);
    • Excellent background of Agile practices (TDD, BDD, Coding Standards, Peer Review, Collective Ownership, Whole Team, Frequent Release, Continuous Integration);
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; 
    • Technical analysis experience translating business requirements into functionality;
    • Gamng related industry knowledge and experience is a plus.

    Product Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Product Manager at Rank Interactive, you will be part of the product team reporting to the Head of CX Design, aligned to core customer journeys (i.e. Registration, Login, Account, Cashier, Responsible Gaming etc.). You will represent market demand, customer preferences and business stakeholder interests in strategic planning and development of the solutions in your area.
    • You will work closely with other product managers, designers and development to ensure a best-in-class product experience is delivered to our customers .

    Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

    • Deliver a first-class experience for all our online players through optimised customer journeys
    • Will work with data to identify and address pain points for customers, removing friction from on-site and app-based journeys
    • Participate in product discovery to identify and mitigate risks and validate objectives/solutions
    • Collaborate with product designers and engineers to develop and deploy front-end changes that excite and entertain
    • Own the product portfolio and roadmap relating to feature development across your product vertical
    • Encourage a customer-centric culture of innovation focused on adding customer and business value to our products and services
    • Work closely with the product leadership team to define the product vision and design winning product strategies
    • Define, communicate and measure KPIs for product performance
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand venture partnerships, brand strategies and customer segments to ensure consistency and platform economy of scale is balanced with brand differentiation
    • Capture opportunities and build strong business cases through a data-driven approach to align key stakeholders and development teams ensuring the goals are clear
    • Work closely with business intelligence, research and product design to discover, prototype, test and learn to inform product development
    • Collaborate closely with delivery leads/ technical leads and system architects to maintain a balance of new feature development without compromising the integrity and quality of current solutions
    • Provide the overall direction for all phases of the product development lifecycle
    • Ensure compliance with a regulator, privacy and responsible gaming protocols
    • Provide clear communication and visibility for the wider stakeholder group to keep them informed of the performance of our products and progress on new development
    • Plan and coordinate go-to-market strategy and execution with marketing, operations and development teams with clear communication surrounding our product releases
    • Help continue to develop a positive, open-feedback team culture and environment to boost engagement, ownership, and accountability

    Qualifications

    • Demonstratable experience in Product Management required
    • Gaming experience is desirable
    • Experience in front-end/back-end development
    • Experience working in a fast-changing and fast-paced industry and working environment
    • Wanting experience in methods to understand and improve customer experience
    • Ability to build excellent relationships and communicate with external suppliers
    • Keen to gain a good understanding of lean and agile product development
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating with senior stakeholders
    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
    • Ability to see the 'big picture,' evaluate the business impact of issues and prioritise various requests
